Plum Market has 28 locations throughout Michigan, Illinois, Indiana, Ohio, and Texas. New locations were announced in 2021 for Hollywood, Florida and Washington, DC and set to open in 2022. As of 2021, Plum Market has 5 supermarkets. In addition to supermarkets, the chain also operates a smaller store format called Plum Market Kitchen. These stores are smaller than a supermarket and operates in airports, [3] shopping malls, [4] museums [5] and universities. [6] Another format of Plum Market is Plum Market Foodservice, A cafeteria management with an emphasis on All Natural, Organic, sustainable, and locally sourced ingredients. [7]
