The 2003 Central American and Caribbean Championships in athletics were held in St George's, Grenada, between 4–6 July 2003. It was the first time that the country had hosted the competition.

The 2024 North American, Central American and Caribbean Championships is a regional track and field competition scheduled to be held in San Salvador, El Salvador, from June 7-9, 2024. It was the fifth edition of a senior track and field championship for the NACAC region, held two years after the 2022 NACAC Championships.
