Puteri Indonesia Pendidikan & Kebudayaan (abbreviated as Puteri Indonesia DikBud; literally translates into: "Educational and Cultural Princess of Indonesia") is one of the titles granted by the Puteri Indonesia beauty pageant. This title was previously called Puteri Indonesia Perdamaian which was used from 2016 to 2018. [6] [7] [8] The titleholders of Puteri Indonesia DikBud represent Indonesia in the international beauty pageants. Puteri Indonesia DikBud is traditionally crowned in March, alongside the celebration of International Women's Day. [9] [10] [11]
The reigning Puteri Indonesia DikBud 2024 is Melati Tedja of East Java, who was crowned on 8 March 2024 in Jakarta Convention Center. [12] [13] [14]

Puteri Indonesia is a national beauty pageant in Indonesia. Puteri Indonesia is traditionally held in March, alongside the celebration of International Women's Day. The pageant annually sends its winner to represent the country at Miss International, one of the Big Four international beauty pageants. The pageant also sends representatives for Miss Supranational, Miss Charm, and Miss Cosmo pageants.
Puteri Indonesia 2014, the 18th Annual Puteri Indonesia beauty pageant, was held in Jakarta Convention Center, Jakarta, Indonesia on January 29, 2014. Thirty eight contestants from all 33 provinces of Indonesia competed for the title of Puteri Indonesia, one of the most prominent beauty pageant titles in the country.
Elfin Pertiwi Rappa is an Indonesian model and beauty pageant titleholder who was crowned Puteri Indonesia Lingkungan 2014, and represented Indonesia at the Miss International 2014 pageant and achieve a Top 10 position and won Best National Costume.
Puteri Indonesia 2016, the 20th Puteri Indonesia pageant, was held on February 19, 2016 at Jakarta Convention Center, Jakarta, Indonesia. Anindya Kusuma Putri, Puteri Indonesia 2015 of Central Java, crowned her successor Kezia Warouw of North Sulawesi at the end of the event. All 39 contestants from 34 provinces competed for the crown. The winner represented Indonesia at the Miss Universe 2016, while the runners-up competed at Miss International 2016, Miss Supranational 2016, and Miss Grand International 2016. Also Miss International 2015 Edymar Martínez of Venezuela attend at the Grand Final Show. It is traditional for Miss Universe to attend on the Final Show of Puteri Indonesia, but Miss Universe 2015 of the Philippines had fashion show scheduled in New York City at the same time, and could not attend. Miss International 2015 replaced her as special guest.
Kezia Roslin Cikita Warouw is an Indonesian National Narcotics Board, TV presenter, model and beauty pageant titleholder who won Puteri Indonesia 2016. She represented Indonesia at the Miss Universe 2016 pageant, and placed "Top 13", the second highest placement that an Indonesian representative has achieved. She also won "Miss Phoenix Smile" and placed as a Top 10 in Best in National Costume competition at Miss Universe 2016. She is the fifth Indonesian and the first Minahasan to be called as Miss Universe Finalists.
Puteri Indonesia 2017, the 21st Puteri Indonesia pageant was held on March 31, 2017, at Jakarta Convention Center, Jakarta. Kezia Warouw, Puteri Indonesia 2016 of North Sulawesi crowned her successor Bunga Jelitha of Jakarta Special Capital Region 5 at the end of the event. All 38 contestants from 33 provinces competed for the crown. The winner will represent Indonesia at the Miss Universe 2017, while the runners-up will compete at the Miss International 2017, Miss Supranational 2017, and Miss Grand International 2017. Miss Universe 2016 Iris Mittenaere of France and Miss Grand International 2016 Ariska Putri Pertiwi of Indonesia attend at the Grand Final Show. Miss Universe 2005 Natalie Glebova of Canada also attended the show as a judge.
The Royal Highest Princess Mooryati Soedibyo of Surakarta Sunanate was an Indonesian politician and businessperson who is a member of the Surakarta Sunanate royal family. She was president director of Mustika Ratu, Deputy Speaker of the People's Consultative Assembly from 2004–2009, and the national director for Puteri Indonesia, which sends contestants to Miss Charm, Miss International and Miss Supranational. In 2007, She's also ranked number 7 on the list of the 99 most influential women in Indonesia by the Globe Asia magazine. Mooryati Soedibyo was recorded by the Indonesian World Records Museum as the winner of the oldest doctorate in Indonesia, and as "Empu Jamu".
Sonia Fergina Citra is an Indonesian model and beauty pageant titleholder who won Puteri Indonesia 2018. She represented her country at the Miss Universe 2018 pageant held in at IMPACT Arena, Muang Thong Thani in Nonthaburi Province, north of Bangkok, Thailand. Sonia became the sixth Indonesian, third Sumatran and the second representative of Bangka Belitung to place in the semifinals in Miss Universe history.

Felicia Hwang Yi Xin popularly known as Felicia Hwang is an Indonesian model and beauty pageant titleholder who was crowned Puteri Indonesia Lingkungan 2016, She represented Indonesia at the Miss International 2016 pageant in Japan, where she finished as "2nd Runner-up" and won "Miss Best Dresser" award. Felicia repeating the same Indri Hapsari Suharto achievement precisely 39 years back in 1977 by finishing as the 2nd Runner-up in the respective Miss International beauty pageant. She is currently serving as the ambassador of the Indonesian National Narcotics Board.

She represented Indonesia at the Miss Supranational 2018 pageant, where she placed as the 3rd runner-up, repeating the same achievement by Cokorda Istri Krisnanda Widani in Miss Supranational 2013, Wilda became the fifth Indonesian to be placed as a finalist in Miss Supranational history, continuing the ongoing 4th year placement streaks of Indonesia, consecutively since Gresya Amanda Maaliwuga in 2015, Intan Aletrinö in 2016 and Karina Nadila Niab in 2017.
Puteri Indonesia Lingkungan is a beauty pageant title organized by Puteri Indonesia Organization. Until 2022, it was established that the titleholder of Puteri Indonesia Lingkungan was to be sent to the Miss International pageant. Starting 2024, the titleholder of Puteri Indonesia Lingkungan will compete in an international beauty pageant that is decided by the Puteri Indonesia organization after Puteri Indonesia competition ends. The options include Miss International, Miss Supranational, Miss Charm, and Miss Cosmo.
