Qalat-e Nilu (Persian : قلات نيلو‎, also Romanized as Qalāt-e Nīlū)^[1] is a village in Famur Rural District, Jereh and Baladeh District, Kazerun County, Fars Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 857, in 182 families.^[2]

Persian, also known by its endonym Farsi, is one of the Western Iranian languages within the Indo-Iranian branch of the Indo-European language family. It is a pluricentric language primarily spoken in Iran, Afghanistan and Tajikistan, Uzbekistan and some other regions which historically were Persianate societies and considered part of Greater Iran. It is written right to left in the Persian alphabet, a modified variant of the Arabic script.

Famur Rural District is a rural district (dehestan) in Jereh and Baladeh District, Kazerun County, Fars Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 9,873, in 2,050 families. The rural district has 25 villages.

Jereh and Baladeh District is a district (bakhsh) in Kazerun County, Fars Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 37,315, in 7,805 families. The District has one city: Baladeh.
