Tang-e Chowgan-e Vosta (Persian : تنگ چوگان وسطي‎, also Romanized as Tang-e Chowgān-e Vosţá; also known as Tang-e Chowgān-e Mīānī)^[1] is a village in Shapur Rural District, in the Central District of Kazerun County, Fars Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 511, in 113 families.^[2]

Persian, also known by its endonym Farsi, is one of the Western Iranian languages within the Indo-Iranian branch of the Indo-European language family. It is primarily spoken in Iran, Afghanistan, and Tajikistan, Uzbekistan and some other regions which historically were Persianate societies and considered part of Greater Iran. It is written right to left in the Persian alphabet, a modified variant of the Arabic script.

Shapur Rural District is a rural district (dehestan) in the Central District of Kazerun County, Fars Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 6,759, in 1,431 families. The rural district has 16 villages.
