Taleqani (Persian : طالقاني‎, also Romanized as Ţāleqānī)^[1] is a village in Deris Rural District, in the Central District of Kazerun County, Fars Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 220, in 52 families.^[2]

Persian, also known by its endonym Farsi, is one of the Western Iranian languages within the Indo-Iranian branch of the Indo-European language family. It is primarily spoken in Iran, Afghanistan, and Tajikistan, Uzbekistan and some other regions which historically were Persianate societies and considered part of Greater Iran. It is written right to left in the Persian alphabet, a modified variant of the Arabic script.

Deris Rural District is a rural district (dehestan) in the Central District of Kazerun County, Fars Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 20,503, in 4,525 families. The rural district has 46 villages.
