Qarah Hajjilu (Persian : قره حاجيلو‎, also Romanized as Qarah Ḩājjīlū and Qareh Ḩājjīlū; also known as Qara Hāji, Qarah Ḩājīlū, and Qareh Ḩājjlū)^[1] is a village in Qaflankuh-e Sharqi Rural District, Kaghazkonan District, Meyaneh County, East Azerbaijan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 100, in 26 families.^[2]

Persian, also known by its endonym Farsi, is one of the Western Iranian languages within the Indo-Iranian branch of the Indo-European language family. It is a pluricentric language primarily spoken in Iran, Afghanistan and Tajikistan, Uzbekistan and some other regions which historically were Persianate societies and considered part of Greater Iran. It is written right to left in the Persian alphabet, a modified variant of the Arabic script.

Qaflankuh-e Sharqi Rural District is a rural district (dehestan) in Kaghazkonan District, Meyaneh County, East Azerbaijan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 3,274, in 911 families. The rural district has 18 villages.

Kaghazkonan District is a district (bakhsh) in Meyaneh County, East Azerbaijan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 11,101, in 3,241 families. The District has one city: Aqkand. The District has three rural districts (dehestan): Kaghazkonan-e Markazi Rural District, Kaghazkonan-e Shomali Rural District, and Qaflankuh-e Sharqi Rural District.
