Rubin bin Balang (born 1 March 1963) is a Malaysian politician who has served as Member of the Sabah State Legislative Assembly (MLA) for Kemabong from February 1994 to May 2018 and again since September 2020. He is a member and one of the Vice Presidents of the Parti Gagasan Rakyat Sabah (GAGASAN),a component party of the Gabungan Rakyat Sabah (GRS) coalition. [1] He is also the father of Riduan Rubin,the Independent Member of Parliament (MP) for Tenom.
