The San Diego Guardians are a professional basketball team in San Diego, California, and members of The Basketball League (TBL).

History

The San Diego Guardians were founded in 2017 by Kenneth Bishop, and joined the ABA for the 2017 season. [1] The team had three successful seasons and decided to become a professional basketball team. [2]

On August 3, 2020, The Basketball League (TBL) announced the Guardians would join the league for the 2021 season. [3]
