The first season of the Iranian television mystery music game show Sedato premiered on Filimo on 31 May 2023. [a]
According to original South Korean rules, the contestant eliminates mystery singers at the end of each round, with the last remaining mystery singer ended up in performing itself, based on contestant's choice. [1]
The contestant must eliminate one mystery singer at the end of each round, receiving ﷼20,000,000 if they eliminate a bad singer. At the end of a game, if the contestant decides to walk away, they will keep the money had won in previous rounds; if they decide to risk for the last remaining mystery singer, they win ﷼200,000,000 if a singer is good, or lose their all winnings if a singer is bad. Sasan Yafteh, better known by his stage name, Sasy, formerly known as Sasy Mankan, is an Iranian pop & hip hop singer-songwriter from Ahvaz. Reuters has described him as one of Iran's most famous underground singers. Sasy's hit song "Gentleman" has over 100 million plays on the Persian music station Radio Javan.
Sahar Dolatshahi is an Iranian actress. She is best known for her role in Ice Age (2015), Istanbul Junction (2018), The Frog (2020–2021) and I Want to Live (2021). She has received various accolades, including two Crystal Simorghs and an Iran's Film Critics and Writers Association Award.

Fereshteh Hosseini is an Afghan-Iranian actress. She is best known for her roles in Parting (2016), The Frog (2020–2021), and Dwelling Among the Gods (2024). Hosseini won the Best Actress award at the 16th Marrakech International Film Festival for her performance in Parting.
Ali Zand Vakili is an Iranian singer, composer, and music teacher. He began his artistic career in music as a child by singing and playing the tonbak. In 1998, after the establishment of Shiraz Music Conservatory, he was one of its first entrants. After studying at Shiraz Music Conservatory for three years and learning santour, piano and tonbak in 2002, he entered Tehran Conservatory of Music and graduated from there. He went on to read the piece and a few years later became famous with the release of the lullaby piece. Zandukili is currently a music expert.
Vahid Rahbani is an Iranian actor, translator, director and playwright. He is best known for his role as Mohammad in Gando (2019–2021). He earned two Crystal Simorgh nominations for his performances in Expediency (2021), and A Relic of the South (2023).
Mirsaeed Molavian is an Iranian actor. He gained recognition after portraying Reza Fakhar in the romance historical drama Once Upon a Time in Iran (2021–2022). Molavian earned a Crystal Simorgh nomination, a Hafez Award nomination and an Iran's Film Critics and Writers Association Award nomination for his performance as a gambler in the 2020 drama film Tooman.
Alireza Esteki, one of the champions and coaches of boxing and bodybuilding, is the coach of the Iranian national boxing team.

Nima Shabannejad is an Iranian actor. He rose to prominence for his roles in Khandevaneh (2014–2022). Shabannejad received a Hafez Award nomination for his performance in the comedy series The Secret of Survival (2022).
Bahareh Afshari is an Iranian actress. She is best known for her role in She Was an Angel (2005). She earned a Hafez Award nomination for her performance in Distances (2010).
Shervin Haji Aghapour is an Iranian singer-songwriter. Born in Babolsar, he began posting covers to his social media in late 2018. After auditioning in New Era television show on 22 March 2019 with "Maybe Paradise", he released the song as his debut single on all platforms and gained recognition among the younger Iranian generation. Hajipour rose to fame after the release of his single "Baraye" which has been described as "the anthem" of the 2022 protests. In 2023, he won the first Grammy Award for Best Song for Social Change at the 65th Annual Grammy Awards for "Baraye".
"Maybe Paradise" is the debut single by Iranian singer-songwriter Shervin Hajipour. It was officially released on May 12, 2019, through all Hajipour's platforms. Written and performed by Hajipour, it is a power pop blending electropop and dream pop styles. In the lyrics, the narrator is talking to his ex-lover and promising her that they will meet each other later somewhere else, maybe in paradise.
Sara Hatami is an Iranian actress. She gained recognition for her starring role as Maedeh Rizabadi in the mystery drama web series Mortal Wound (2021). In 2023, she won the Crystal Simorgh for Best Supporting Actress at the 41st Fajr International Film Festival for her performance in Leather Jacket Man.
Sedato is an Iranian television mystery music game show series based on the South Korean programme I Can See Your Voice. Also as the first adaptation to entirely broadcast through a streaming service, it premiered on Filimo on 31 May 2023, and has aired for two seasons.
