The Sherman Apartments Historic District encompasses four historic residential buildings on Washington and Lyndhurst Streets in the Dorchester neighborhood of Boston, Massachusetts. The district consists of three brick six-unit buildings constructed between 1904 and 1906 by Walter U. Sherman. They were built on the site of an 1831 Greek Revival school building, which was moved by Sherman to 18 Lyndhurst Street and converted into a residential duplex. The three brick buildings are three story Classical Revival structures with modest external decoration. [2]

The Lower Roxbury Historic District is a historic district encompassing an isolated pocket of 1890s mixed residential-commercial property in the lower Roxbury neighborhood of Boston, Massachusetts. Bounded by Tremont, Columbus, and Burke Streets and St. Cyprian's Place, the area contains a well-kept collection of architect designed buildings that survived late 20th-century urban redevelopment. The district was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1994.

The Central Street District is a historic district encompassing the traditional heart of Andover, Massachusetts prior to the development in the later 19th century of the current town center. It consists mainly of residential and religious properties along Central Street, from Phillips Street in the south to Essex Street in the north. All of the listed properties have frontage on Central Street, even if their addresses are on one of the adjacent streets.

The notable exception is the Harrington House at 62 Wellington Street, a c. 1850s Greek Revival house that was virtually the only house standing in the area before development began in the 1880s.
The Amherst Village Historic District encompasses the historic village center of Amherst, New Hampshire. Centered on the town's common, which was established about 1755, Amherst Village is one of the best examples of a late-18th to early-19th century New England village center. It is roughly bounded on the north by Foundry Street and on the south by Amherst Street, although it extends along some roads beyond both. The western boundary is roughly Davis Lane, the eastern is Mack Hill Road, Old Manchester Road, and Court House Road. The district includes the Congregational Church, built c. 1771-74, and is predominantly residential, with a large number of Georgian, Federal, and Greek Revival houses. Other notable non-residential buildings include the Farmer's Bank, a Federal-style brick building built in 1806, and the Amherst Brick School, a brick Greek Revival structure that has served as the School Administrative Unit 39 offices since 1997.
The Almont Apartments are historic apartment houses at 1439-43 and 1447-51 Blue Hill Avenue in the Mattapan neighborhood of Boston, Massachusetts. Built in 1926, they are well-preserved examples of Colonial Revival architecture, built during a period of growth fueled by the city's expanding streetcar network. The apartments were listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2014.
The Hancock Apartment Building. also known as the Schaffer Apartments, is a historic mixed-used retail and residential apartment building at 116-118 Hancock Street and 130 Tyler Street on the east side of Springfield, Massachusetts. Built in 1912, it is good local example of an early 20th-century Classical Revival apartment house, built as the city's outer neighborhoods grew as streetcar suburbs. The building was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2015.
The Francis Street–Fenwood Road Historic District encompasses a small but cohesive early 20th-century residential area and streetcar suburb in the Longwood area of Boston, Massachusetts. Bounded by Huntington Avenue, Francis Street, Vining Avenue, Fenwood Road, and St. Albans Road, it includes a collection of two and three-family houses, as well as two apartment houses, a school, and one commercial building, all of which predate the large medical complexes that dominate the Longwood area. The district was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2016.
The Columbia Road–Bellevue Street Historic District encompasses a collection of brick residential apartment houses on Columbia Road and Bellevue Street in the Dorchester neighborhood of Boston, Massachusetts. Arrayed mainly on Columbia Road between Wheelock Avenue and Bodwell Street, south of the Uphams Corner commercial area, area collection of primarily late 19th and early 20th-century multiunit residential buildings, built when the area was developed as a streetcar suburb. Most of these are Colonial Revival masonry or frame buildings three and four stories in height, although some exhibit Queen Anne features. There are a few older Greek Revival buildings in the district, and a number of apartment blocks built in the 1920s during a second phase of development.
The Benjamin Silverman Apartments are a historic multifamily residential building at 50-52 Lorne Street and 4 Wilson Street in the Dorchester neighborhood of Boston, Massachusetts. Built in 1915, it is a good example of period Colonial Revival architecture, built during a major period of Jewish migration to the neighborhood. The building was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2018.
