This is the second collaboration between Guetta and Akon since "Sexy Bitch" in 2009. All three artists co-wrote the song along with Frédéric Riesterer and Giorgio Tuinfort, both of whom produced the song with Guetta. Klangkarussell is an Austrian electronic music duo formed in 2011. The two members of the group are Tobias Rieser and Adrian Held. Their biggest hit to date is "Sonnentanz", which reached the top 10 in six countries.

William James Heard is an English singer–songwriter. In August 2013, he was featured on Klangkarussell's single "Sonnentanz " which had peaked at number three on the UK Singles Chart and number eighteen in the Republic of Ireland. In January 2014, he was featured on Australian DJ house group The Aston Shuffle's single "Tear It Down" and had worked with them on their single "Comfortable" previously. Heard has had an active music career since 2011, performing residencies as a singer-songwriter.

"Are You with Me" is a song by American country singer Easton Corbin. The song first appeared on Corbin's second studio album, All Over the Road (2012). It was later included on Corbin's third studio album, About to Get Real (2015). A remix by Belgian DJ Lost Frequencies was released in 2014, and in 2016 Corbin released the version from About to Get Real as a single of his own.
