The Ulsan Hyundai Football Club is a South Korean professional football club, owned by the South Korean corporation Hyundai Heavy Industries. Established on 6 December 1983, they joined the K League in 1984 as Hyundai Horang-i. The home ground of the team is Ulsan Munsu Football Stadium.

The Brazil national futsal team represents Brazil during international futsal competitions. It is under the direction of the Brazilian Futsal Confederation or Confederação Brasileira de Futebol de Salão. The team is considered to be the strongest in the world earning a record three straight championships in the FIFA Futsal World Cup. Brazil also holds a record twelve championship wins in the South American Futsal Championship also known as the Copa América de Futsal and five wins in the Taça América de Futsal. As of November 2016, Brazil is ranked first in the Futsal World Rankings. Brazil has played in all FIFA Futsal World Cups and has finished in the top three places seven times.
The South Korea men's national volleyball team represents South Korea in international volleyball competitions and friendly matches. The Republic of Korea (ROK) has competed in the Olympic Games eight times, but has not featured since the Sydney 2000 Games. The country's best Olympic performance was fifth place at Los Angeles 1984. the team's best performance at the Olympic Games was a 5th place at the 1984 Games in Los Angeles, California, United States. The national team at the Asian Championship winner four gold medal in 1989 Seoul, 1993 Nakhon Ratchasima, 2001 Changwon and 2003 Tianjin. This performance did not come close to matching their best FIVB World Championship finish of fourth in 1978, when they lost to Cuba in the bronze medal match.
The South Korea women's national handball team is the national team of South Korea. Since 1984 the Korean team has not only participated constantly in Olympic Games but also ranked among the top four nations every time. Korea grabbed the gold medal in 1988 and 1992, won the silver medal in 1984, 1996, 2004 and took bronze medal in 2008. They have earned two World Championship medals so far: In 1995, they also won the World Championship title in Austria/Hungary 1995 World Women's Handball Championship, they came off third to secure the bronze medal at the Croatia in 2003 World Women's Handball Championship. It is a twelve time Asian Champion, the tournament has been won by any other nation only twice.

The China men's national volleyball team represents China in international volleyball competitions and friendly matches, governed by Chinese Volleyball Association. The team twice took part in the Summer Olympics, finishing in eighth place at the 1984 Summer Olympics in Los Angeles, California., and 5th place in the 2008 Summer Olympics. The leading volleyball nations in Asia are Iran, China and, to a lesser extent, South Korea and Japan. The team now ranks 20th in the FIVB World Rankings and the current head coach is Raúl Lozano. China have competed twice in the Olympic Games, with their latest outing being as hosts at Beijing 2008. They finished in fifth place in these Games. China have consistently competed the FIVB World Championship, with their best result remaining seventh place, which came in both 1978 and 1982. They ranked fifteenth in the last edition in Poland in 2014. On a continental level, China have won three gold medals at the Asian Games, in 1986, 1990 and 1998, and have been crowned Asian champions in 1979, 1997 and 1999.
