Steen Klaaborg Secher (born 9 April 1959 in Torsted, Horsens, Midtjylland) is a Danish sailor and Olympic champion.
He received a bronze medal in the Soling class at the 1988 Summer Olympics in Seoul. [1] He won a gold medal at the 1992 Summer Olympics in Barcelona, together with Jesper Bank and Jesper Seier. [2] [3]
Djibouti took part in the 1992 Summer Olympics, which were held in Barcelona, Spain from 25 July to 9 August. The country's participation marked its fourth appearance in the Summer Olympics since its debut at the 1984 Summer Games in Los Angeles, United States. The delegation from Djibouti included eight athletes, five in athletics, two in judo and one in sailing. Houssein Djama, Moussa Souleiman, Omar Daher Gadid, Ahmed Salah, and Talal Omar Abdillahi represented the nation in athletics, while Youssef Omar Isahak, Alaoui Mohamed Taher represented the nation in judo. Robleh Ali Adou represented Djibouti in sailing.
The Soling is an open keelboat that holds the World Sailing "International class" status. The class was used from the 1972 Olympics until the 2000 Olympics as "Open three-person keelboat". Besides the Olympic career of the Soling the boat is used for international and local regattas as well as for recreational sailing. The Soling is managed by the International Soling Association under auspician of World Sailing since 1968.
Nicolas Hénard is a French sailor. He is a double Olympic gold medal winner. First in the 1988 Summer Olympics in Seoul, South Korea, winning the Tornado class with Jean-Yves Le Déroff. Second in the 1992 Summer Olympics in Barcelona, winning the Tornado class with Yves Loday.
Djibouti first participated at the Olympic Games in 1984, and have competed in every Summer Olympic Games, apart from the 2004 edition, since then. They have never competed in the Winter Olympic Games.
Jean-Yves Le Déroff is a French sailor and Olympic champion. He won the Tornado class at the 1988 Summer Olympics in Seoul, South Korea, with Nicolas Hénard. He also has a silver medal from the 1987 World championship.

José Luis Doreste Blanco is a Spanish sailor and Olympic champion. He was born in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, Las Palmas. He competed at the 1988 Summer Olympics in Seoul, where he won a gold medal in the Finn class. In 1998–99, he was a crewmember on Fortuna Extra Lights in the Whitbread Round the World Yacht Race.
Bernd Jäkel is a German sailor and Olympic champion. He competed in the Soling class together with Jochen Schümann and Thomas Flach at the 1988 Summer Olympics in Seoul, where they won the gold medal. The same crew participated at the 1996 Summer Olympics in Atlanta, where they also received a gold medal.
