Surya Dharma Paloh (born 16 July 1951) is an Indonesian politician and media mogul. He owns Media Group, a conglomerate company that includes the Media Indonesia daily newspaper and MetroTV, a 24-hour news television channel. In politics, he was the chairman of the advisory board of the Golkar Party, currently the second biggest political party in Indonesia. [1] He is also the founder of National Democrat mass organization, which later gave birth to the NasDem Party (Partai Nasional Demokrat or Partai NasDem) on 26 July 2011. [2]
The Party of Functional Groups, often known by its abbreviation Golkar, is a centre-right big tent political party in Indonesia. Founded in 1964 as the Joint Secretariat of Functional Groups, it is the oldest extant political party in Indonesia. It first participated in national elections in 1971 as Functional Groups. Since 2009, it has been the second-largest party in the House of Representatives (DPR), having won 102 seats in the latest election.
Djandji Akbar Zahiruddin Tandjung is an Indonesian politician who served as the Speaker of the People's Representative Council from 1999 until 2004. A member of the Golkar party, he also served as the party's chairman from 1999 until 2004 and was a member of the People's Representative Council from East Java from 1977 until 2004.

Sandiaga Salahuddin Uno is an Indonesian businessman, investor and politician who served as Minister of Tourism and Creative Economy from 2020 to 2024. Prior to that, he was the Deputy Governor of Jakarta, elected along with Anies Baswedan in the 2017 Jakarta gubernatorial election after defeating incumbent pair Basuki Tjahaja Purnama and Djarot Saiful Hidayat. He was also the president director of ANTV television station and the chief of the Indonesian Olympic Committee. In 2019, he became a member of the International Olympic Committee (IOC). Thohir is also currently a member of the FIBA Central Board.
