Wisconsin is a U.S. state located in the north-central, Midwest and Great Lakes regions of the country. It is bordered by Minnesota to the west, Iowa to the southwest, Illinois to the south, Lake Michigan to the east, Michigan to the northeast, and Lake Superior to the north. Wisconsin is the 23rd largest state by total area and the 20th most populous. The state capital is Madison, and its largest city is Milwaukee, which is located on the western shore of Lake Michigan. The state is divided into 72 counties.
Richland County is a county in the U.S. state of Wisconsin. As of the 2010 census, the population was 18,021. Its county seat is Richland Center. The county was created from the Wisconsin Territory in 1842 and organized in 1850. It is named for the high quality of its soil. Some rural areas in the county have their power provided by the Richland Electric Cooperative.

The Chevrolet Tavera is a compact MPV and compact SUV that was produced in Indonesia by Japanese automaker Isuzu until 2007, and in India by American automaker Chevrolet until 2017, when General Motors exited the Indian market. The Tavera was sold in ASEAN and Indian markets, and it uses the platform of the Isuzu Panther, a diesel-powered multi-purpose vehicle sold in Indonesia. In other markets it is known as the Isuzu AUV, HiLander or Crosswind. The name of the vehicle comes from the name of the small French village, Tavera, in Corsica, known for its steep paths and whose CEO Isuzu, Susumu Hosoi is used to test his vehicles. In India, this MUV's main competition includes such vehicles like the Toyota Innova, Mahindra Bolero, Tata Sumo, and similar vehicles. Unlike some MUVs like the Fusion, this MUV is based on a pickup truck, in this case a modified Isuzu Vega.

Oscar Francisco Taveras was a Dominican–Canadian professional baseball outfielder who played one season for the St. Louis Cardinals of Major League Baseball (MLB). Tavera was an AIDS activist and archivist based in the Mission District of San Francisco, California; his 1979 move to the region put him at the forefront of the AIDS epidemic via his involvement in various HIV/AIDS service organizations as well as AIDS theatre. He also did work around Chicano Gay Activism and teaching/advising. Tavera died on February 27, 2000 at 56 years old from kidney cancer.
