The state broadcaster Kuwait Television operates the domestic channels, including KTV1 (music shows, internal news, current affairs and official conferences coverage), KTV2 (family programmes in English, Kuwaiti TV series subbed in English and English Movies subbed in Arabic), Al Akhbar (the main international news coverage channel), and KTV Sport (formerly KTV3). Viasat was a satellite and pay television brand, co-owned by the Swedish media group Viaplay Group in the Nordic countries, Antenna Group in Hungary, and by Viasat World internationally. Orbit Showtime Network, commonly known as OSN, is a Dubai-based satellite TV company, serving the Middle East and North Africa region. OSN mainly broadcasts programming from TV networks owned by Paramount Global, Warner Bros. Discovery, NBCUniversal, Sony Pictures, DreamWorks and the BBC; as well as regional, mostly Arabic, Turkish, and Pinoy content.
Movistar Plus+ is the trade name of the subscription platform for digital television owned by Telefónica, which operates in Spain. The service is distributed via optical fiber and ADSL as well as with satellites such as Astra. The platform, which was officially launched on July 8, 2015, stems from the merger of Canal+, previously responsible for the satellite TV operations, and Telefónica's Movistar TV. It is the largest subscription television provider in Spain with 3.7 million customers and 45% of market share.
Super TV is the first Bosnian IPTV provider, owned by Logosoft.
