The Coffee Pot in Bedford, Pennsylvania is an example of novelty architecture. The lunch stand was built in the shape of a coffee pot by David Koontz in 1927. It was threatened with demolition in the 1990s, but in 2004 was moved across the street and restored. [2] It currently serves as a gift shop. [3]

The Thomas Donaghy School is a historic school building at 68 South Street in New Bedford, Massachusetts. It is a two-story brick structure, roughly rectangular in shape, with a truncated hip roof pierced by hip roof dormers. Sections project on the eastern and western facades of the building. The Romanesque Revival-style school was designed by locally prominent architect Samuel C. Hunt, and built in 1905. It is the city's oldest surviving "modern" school building.

Completed in 1936, The Coffee Pot is an example of novelty architecture as its distinctive feature is that of a stucco coffee pot structure that is situated on the roof of the building. Today, this remains as the only active roadhouse located within the Roanoke Valley.
Bedford Corners Historic District is a historic district located at Portville in Cattaraugus County, New York. The district consists of three structures located at the intersection at New York State Route 305 and Deer Creek Road / Dodge Creek Road. The structures are a two-story, "L" shaped, frame dwelling built about 1856 by early settler Jacob Bedford; a one-room schoolhouse built in 1864; and the Bedford Corners Cheese Factory / Grange Hall built after 1886. The district also includes the 50 acres (20 ha) surrounding the structures.
