The Turkish Basketball Super League All-Star Game is an annual basketball event in that takes place in Turkey. It is organised by the Basketball Super League (BSL), which was formerly known as the Turkish Basketball League (TBL). The All-Star Game event includes a match between a selection of domestic all-stars versus foreign all-stars of the BSL, as well as slam dunk and a three-point contests. In its first three editions (2004, 2005, 2006), it was known as the TBL All-Star Game. From 2007 until 2014, it was known as the Beko All-Star Game, and since 2014, it has been known as the BSL All-Star Game. The all-star rosters are chosen by an online voting process. The all-star event was first held during the 2003–04 season. The 2020 event was the 17th edition of the Turkish All-Star Game.

Anadolu Efes Spor Kulübü, commonly referred to as Anadolu Efes or simply Efes, is a professional basketball team based in Istanbul, Turkey. Founded in 1976, the club was formerly known as Efes Pilsen until 2011. Efes is the 2021–22 Euroleague champion and on the first place of European Club Ranking after the Final Four 2020–21. Efes is also the most successful club in the history of the Turkish Super League (BSL), having won the league's championship 16 times. Efes has won a total of 41 domestic trophies, more than any other Turkish basketball club.

Its home arena for national domestic Turkish Super League games is the Darüşşafaka Ayhan Şahenk Sports Hall, with a seating capacity of 3,500, while its home arena for European-wide games is the Volkswagen Arena Istanbul, with a seating capacity of 5,240.
Eskişehir Basket was a professional basketball team based in the city of Eskişehir in Turkey. Their home arena was the Anadolu Üniversitesi Sport Hall with a capacity of 5,000 seats. Founded in 2006, the club played in the highest tier Basketbol Süper Ligi for seven seasons. It also played in Europe for one season, in the 2011–12 EuroChallenge. In July 2018, the club withdrew from the BSL and ceased its basketball activities.

Bahçeşehir won the FIBA Europe Cup in 2022.
