The VP11 is a family of mine-protected patrol vehicles, produced by China North Industries (Norinco). [1]
The family of vehicles were first introduced at a trade show in Zhuhai, China, in November 2014. [2] The United Arab Emirates indicated interest in placing an order for 150 vehicles at that trade show.[ citation needed ]
The four-wheeled vehicles are designed with a one-piece armored V-shaped bottom, so that the explosive force of enemy mines will be directed outwards, away from the vehicle's occupants. [2] One model of the family is designed to serve as an armored personnel carrier, carrying seven soldiers, in addition to the vehicle's driver and commander/gunner. Its roof will mount a remote controlled weapon system, capable of controlling an automatic grenade launcher or machine gun.[ citation needed ] A paramilitary model will mount less-than-lethal weapons. The main aim of the program is to design a unified platform for all Russian armored wheeled vehicles.

Lynx is a series of lightweight all-terrain vehicle with 8x8, 6x6, or 4x4 all wheel drive. The vehicle is amphibious and capable of center-turning. Militarized version were observed in 2008 with reinforced chassis, weapon mounts, storage space and roll cage. The vehicle has different layout for different mission set, including troop transport, logistics, heavy weapon platform, reconnaissance, air defense, engineering service, or medical evacuation. During airborne, quick reaction and special forces operations this vehicle can be launched by tactical airlift or transport helicopters, or helicopter sling load.
The VP22 is a family of armored, MRAP transport and patrol all-terrain vehicles, manufactured by China North Industries Corporation (Norinco). It is the 6x6 derivation of the BeiBen Truck Kaijia 8x8 MRAP vehicle. The intended role for VP22 is to operate in high threat areas that requires mine protection capability. It can transport troops and cargo in the armored cabin. The VP22 has a modular design. Several mission modules can be fitted onto the chassis, including troop transport, command post, and armored ambulance.
The CS/VP3 MRAP also known as the CS/VP3 Bigfoot is a MRAP developed by Poly Technologies and manufactured by Changan Automobile in China. It was unveiled in China at the China International Aviation & Aerospace Exhibition 2012 in Zhuhai, China, and overseas at the 2012 DSA defense exhibition in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
The VN22 is a family of Chinese wheeled 6x6 armoured fighting vehicles intended for export. Designed and produced by Norinco, it was first unveiled at the 13th China International Aviation & Aerospace Exhibition in 2021.
The VP11 MRAP was unveiled for the first time to the public during the China International Aviation & Aerospace Exhibition 2014 (AirShow China) which was held in Zhuhai (China) from the 11 to 16 November 2014.
