The legislative districts of Valenzuela are the representations of the highly urbanized city of Valenzuela in the various national legislatures of the Philippines. The city is currently represented in the lower house of the Congress of the Philippines through its first and second districts.

Before 1997, its territory was represented as part of Las Piñas–Muntinlupa, Las Piñas–Parañaque and Rizal's 1st and at-large district, and Manila's at-large district. It is currently represented in the 19th Congress by Camille Villar of the Nacionalista Party (NP).

Valenzuela's 1st congressional district is one of the two congressional districts of the Philippines in the city of Valenzuela. It has been represented in the House of Representatives of the Philippines since 2001. The district was created following Valenzuela's conversion into a highly urbanized city through Republic Act No. 8526 on February 14, 1998. It consists of 24 barangays in the northern part of the city, namely Arkong Bato, Balangkas, Bignay, Bisig, Canumay East, Canumay West, Coloong, Dalandanan, Isla, Lawang Bato, Lingunan, Mabolo, Malanday, Malinta, Palasan, Pariancillo Villa, Pasolo, Poblacion, Polo, Punturin, Rincon, Tagalag, Veinte Reales and Wawang Pulo. It is currently vacant for the 19th Congress since the resignation of its most recent representative Rex Gatchalian upon assuming the position of Secretary of Social Welfare and Development in 2023.

It has been represented in the House of Representatives of the Philippines since 2007. The district was created in 2006 following the passage of Republic Act No. 9364 which amended the 1996 Marikina City Charter. It consists of the northern Marikina barangays of Concepcion Uno, Concepcion Dos, Fortune, Marikina Heights, Parang, Nangka and Tumana bordering Antipolo, Cainta, Quezon City, and San Mateo. It is currently represented in the 19th Congress by Stella Quimbo of the Liberal Party (LP).

The district was apportioned in 1987, pursuant to the constitution ratified that year, giving the two municipalities their own joint district after having been grouped with Malabon and Navotas from 1984 to 1986. The district was first represented by Antonio Serapio, followed by its last representative Magtanggol Gunigundo I. The district was divided into two districts following Valenzuela's conversion into a highly urbanized city in 1998.
