<i>Casa de Contratación</i> Crown agency for the Spanish Empire

The Casa de Contratación or Casa de la Contratación de las Indias was established by the Crown of Castile, in 1503 in the port of Seville as a crown agency for the Spanish Empire. It functioned until 1790, when it was abolished in a government reorganization. Before the establishment of the Council of the Indies in 1524, the Casa de Contratación had broad powers over overseas matters, especially financial matters concerning trade and legal disputes arising from it. It also was responsible for the licensing of emigrants, training of pilots, creation of maps and charters, probate of estates of Spaniards dying overseas. Its official name was La Casa y Audiencia de Indias.

El Hijo del Santo Mexican professional wrestler

Jorge Ernesto Guzmán Rodríguez is a Mexican luchador enmascarado, or masked professional wrestler and political activist, best known under the ring name, El Hijo del Santo. Guzmán is the youngest child, out of eleven, of Rodolfo Guzmán Huerta, better known as El Santo, a professional wrestler, film actor, and Mexican folk hero. Jorge Guzmán's son made his debut under the name "Santo Jr.", the third-generation Guzmán to use the name "Santo". Jorge Guzmán's uncles, Miguel "Black" Guzmán, Jesús Guzmán and Jimmy Guzmán were also wrestlers. Axxel, Jorge Guzmán's nephew, originally wrestled as "El Nieto del Santo" but Jorge Guzmán owned the rights to the "Santo" name and objected. Guzmán has also followed in his father's footsteps, as he has starred in several lucha films.

El Felino Mexican professional wrestler (born 1964)

Jorge Luis Casas Ruiz is a second-generation Mexican professional wrestler working for Consejo Mundial de Lucha Libre (CMLL) under the ring name El Felino. Casas started his professional wrestling career under the name Babe Casas, working for the Universal Wrestling Association (UWA). In 1989 he adopted the "Felino" ring character, wearing an orange full body suit and cat inspired mask. WIth the exception of a short stint in AAA in 1999, Casas has worked for CMLL since adopting the "El Felino" ring character. El Felino was originally an enmascarado, or masked professional wrestler, but was forced to unmask in March 2010 due to losing a match.

Canelo Casas

Canelo Casas is the ring name of a Mexican luchador, or professional wrestler currently working for the Mexican professional wrestling promotion Consejo Mundial de Lucha Libre (CMLL) portraying a rudo wrestling character. His birth name has not been revealed, but he is a member of the extensive Casas wrestling family and a third-generation luchador, being the grandson of wrestler-turned-referee Pepe Casas and the nephew of Negro Casas, El Felino and Heavy Metal. Heavy Metal originally wrestled as Canelo Casas, but this Casas claims to not be a son but a nephew of the original Canelo Casas. He has previously worked as the masked character "Bengala" as well as "Canelo Casas, Jr."

Gonzalo Suárez Rendón

Gonzalo Suárez Rendón was a Spanish conquistador, known as the founder of the capital of Boyacá; Tunja. He took part in the Spanish conquest of the Muisca people led by Gonzalo Jiménez de Quesada, and later by his brother Hernán Pérez de Quesada. On August 6, 1539, he founded Tunja on the site of the former seat of the zaque (ruler) of the Hunza.

Casa del Blanco

Pago Casa del Blanco is a Spanish winery in Castilla–La Mancha, Spain. The winery uses the Vino de Pago wine appellation, a classification for Spanish wine applied to individual vineyards or wine estates, unlike the Denominación de Origen Protegida (DOP) or Denominación de Origen Calificada (DOCa) which is applied to an entire wine region. The Pago Casa del Blanco winery was formed as a Vino de Pago in 2003, and geographically it lies within the extent of the La Mancha DOP. The winery in fact sells wine under the Vino de Pago appellation as Pago Casa del Blanco, and under the I.G.P. "Vino de la Tierra de Castilla" appellation.
