The Women's Under-19 T20 Asia Cup is an international cricket tournament organised by the Asian Cricket Council (ACC) contested by national women's under-19 teams of Asia. [1] [2] [3] The first tournament scheduled to take place in mid December 2024, with matches being played in the Twenty20 cricket format. [4] [5]

History

On 11 September 2024, the ACC announced the launch of the tournament during its executive board meeting in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. [6] The tournament is set to be staged biennially to help Asian teams prepare for the Under-19 World Cup. [7] [8]
