The Dnieper Hydroelectric Station, also known as Dneprostroi Dam, in the city of Zaporizhzhia, Ukraine, is the largest hydroelectric power station on the Dnieper river. It is the fifth step of the Dnieper cascade of hydroelectric stations that provides electric power for the Donets–Kryvyi Rih Industrial region. The Dnieper Reservoir stretches 129 km upstream to near Dnipro city.
Enerhodar is a city and municipality in the north-western part of the Zaporizhzhia Oblast in Ukraine, currently under the control of the Russian Armed Forces. It is on the south bank of the Dnieper River, on the opposite side of the Kakhovka Reservoir from Nikopol and Chervonohryhorivka. Its main industry is electricity generation, at a coal-fired power station and a large nuclear power station. In 2022 its population was 52,237, about 11,000 of whom work at the nuclear power station.

It passes through Vil'nians'k, Mykhailo-Lukasheve, and Kolos in Vilniansk Raion, Rodyns'ke, Petropavlivka, Novomykolaivka in Novomykolaivka Raion; Kyivs'ke and Trudove in Bilmak Raion; Novokasyanivka in Novomykolaivka Raion; Zelena Dolyna, Pysantsi, Mechetne, Orly, Dibrova, and Havrylivke in Synelnykove Raion; Iskra, Piddubne-Tolstoi, Perebudova-Komar, Ordradne, Bahatyr, Kostayantynopil', Andriivka, and Ulakly in Velyka Novosilka Raion; Dachne in Marinka Raion; Kurakhove, and Maksymil'yanivka-Heorhiivka-Marinka. The H15 has a brief concurrency with highway T-04-01 in Synelnykove Raion.

The New Zaporizhzhia Dniper Bridge is an under-construction road closed access highway bridge in Zaporizhzhya, Ukraine. Construction of the bridge began in August 2004 with the first span of the bridge opened to public use in January 2022 after years of delays. The bridge was opened in a public ceremony on January 22, 2022, by President Volodymyr Zelensky. When completed, the bridge will stand at a height of 166 meters, making it the tallest in Ukraine and the eighth tallest in Europe.
