FC Real Pharma Odesa is a professional Ukrainian football club from the city of Odesa. The "Pharma" portion of the name comes from pharmaceutical influences that are associated with the club's ownership as evident on the original logo which is in English rather than Ukrainian.

The 2009–10 FC Shakhtar Donetsk season saw the club win their fifth Ukrainian Premier League. The UAF Regions' Cup is a national cup competition in Ukraine for amateur teams of all regions. Before 2021, it was known as the FFU Regions' Cup. The competition was first played in the 2015 season and the winner receives the right to progress to the UEFA Regions' Cup which serves as similar continental competition.
