2006 French Open mixed doubles was an event at the 2006 French Open.
Katarina Srebotnik and Bob Bryan were the defending champions, but Srebtonik did not compete in the Mixed Doubles tournament at this U.S. Open. Bryan partnered Vera Zvonareva, and successfully defended the title, defeating Alicia Molik and Todd Woodbridge in the final 6–3, 6–4.
Wayne and Cara Black were the defending champions but lost in the second round to Mahesh Bhupathi and Mary Pierce.
Lindsay Davenport and Lisa Raymond were the defending champions but they competed with different partners that year, Davenport with Mary Joe Fernández and Raymond with Rennae Stubbs.
