General elections were held in the Marshall Islands on 17 November 2003. Although there are no legally incorporated political parties on the Islands, candidates to the Legislature stood either as supporters of President Kessai Note's government (constituting an informal "United Democratic Party"), or on an opposition platform (Aelon̄ Kein Ad).
The pro-government side increased its overall majority by one seat. [1]

Solomon Islands is an independent Commonwealth realm, where executive power is exercised by the government. Legislative power is vested in both the government and a multi-party parliament.

Daniel Orlando Smith, OBE is a British Virgin Islands politician and the former Premier of the British Virgin Islands from 2011 to 2019 and from 2003 to 2007. He also formerly served as Chief Minister of the British Virgin Islands from 2003 to 2007. In 1998, it adopted a policy of full independence from Denmark as part of a coalition deal in which leader Anfinn Kallsberg became PM. Throughout the decades, it has formed formed coalition governments with all Faroese political parties except for Framsókn, with its latest term in government lasting until 2022.

The elections saw the Cook Islands Party win 12 seats, the Democratic Tumu Party win 2 seats, and the Democratic Party-led opposition coalition win 9 seats. One seat was won by an independent. Following the elections, the Democratic Tumu Party supported the CIP, and Geoffrey Henry became Prime Minister for the second time.
