The 2024–25 Ukrainian Cup is the 33rd annual season of Ukraine's football knockout competition. The competition started on 3 August 2024 and will be concluded on 14 May 2025 with the final. Champions qualify for the Second qualifying round 2025-26 UEFA Europa League.
All competition rounds consisted of a single game with a home field advantage granted to a team from lower league. Draw for all the rounds was blind.
The competition includes all professional first teams from the Premier League (16/16 teams of the league), First League (18/18), Second League (13/20) and 2 best performer from the previous year's Amateur Cup. Seven clubs' second teams all from the Second League are not eligible for the tournament.

Like the championship, the first edition of the Cup had a tight schedule as the Football Federation of Ukraine was given just several months in order to switch to the European seasonal format with the minimum required matches played.
The 2006–07 Ukrainian Cup was the 16th annual edition of Ukraine's football knockout competition, the Ukrainian Cup. The winner of this competition was Dynamo Kyiv which also was defending its title.
The 2011–12 Ukrainian Cup is the 21st annual season of Ukraine's football knockout competition, and fourth under the name of DATAGROUP – Football Ukraine Cup.
The 2012–13 Ukrainian First League will be the 22nd since its establishment. The competition commenced on 13 July 2012 when Obolon Kyiv visited Sumy and played a goalless draw against FC Sumy. The competition had a winter break that started 25 November 2012 and resumed on 23 March 2013.

The 2023–24 Ukrainian Cup was the 32nd annual season of Ukraine's football knockout competition. The competition is planned to start on 29 July 2023 and be concluded on 15 May 2024 with the final. The competition has been resumed after being paused for a season due to the Russian invasion of Ukraine and an attempt to resume league competitions. In the fall of the last year (2022), there was information about possibility of resuming cup competitions in the spring (2023), but the idea was never realized.
The 2023 Ukrainian Women's Cup is the 30th season of Ukrainian knockout competitions among women teams. The tournament is expected to last a half of year from the end of August to November with 4 rounds including the final.
The 2024 Ukrainian Cup Final is the 31st final match of the annual Ukrainian football cup competition. It was played on 15 May 2024 at the Avanhard Stadium in Rivne. This is the first time the cup final would be held in Rivne.
The 2024–25 season is Kremin's 22nd year in existence since clubs revival in 2003 and 6th consecutive season in the second flight of Ukrainian football. The club was relegated in the previous season, however they were brought back into the league due to other clubs withdrawing. In addition to the domestic league, Kremin participates in this season's editions of the Ukrainian Cup. The season covers the period from 20 June 2024 to 1 July 2025.
