The 2025 Electronic Dance Music Awards (also known as EDMAs) will take place on March 28, 2025, at the Eden Roc Hotel during the height of Miami Music Week.

The event, once again will be counting with iHeart Media for their extensive coverage. [1] Erin Webster is set to return as the host. The ceremony will celebrate the best songs, artists, and festivals from the global electronic dance music scene of 2024, chosen by the public on EDMAs official website. [2] Voting officialy opens on February 2025. [3]

Its musical styles closely mirror non-Christian EDM; however, the CEDM culture's lack of drug use and emphasis on positive lyrics distinguish it from non-religious counterparts. Illenium earned his first Grammy nomination following the release of his fourth studio album, Fallen Embers, released in July 2021. One of Illenium's more notable albums, Ascend, was released in August 2019 on Astralwerks. On March 21, was announced that Mark Knight was honored with the EDMA Icon Award, and on March 31, Deadmau5 was awarded with the EDMA Legend Award.

The 2023 Electronic Dance Music Awards celebrated the very best songs, artists, festivals and more from the global electronic dance music scene, chosen by the public on EDMAs official website. The full list of nominees were announced on February 27, 2023, and the ceremony took place at the Fontainebleau Miami Beach coinciding with the first day of Ultra Music Festival, on March 24, 2023. A bevy of the nation's top radio stations broadcast the event both on-air and online on the same day, and iHeartRadio’s Sean “Hollywood” Hamilton hosted the event. VASSY was honored with the EDMA Icon Award, becoming the first woman to receive the award. Joel Corry was the most nominated act, and the big winner of the ceremony, taking three awards out of eleven nominations.
