2025 Estonian municipal elections

Municipal elections in Estonia will be held on 19 October 2025. [1] These will be the first municipal elections since the restoration of independence where citizens of non-EU countries (including citizens of Russia and Belarus), who are not also citizens of Estonia, can't vote. These will also be the last municipal elections since the restoration of independence where non-citizens can vote.
