Media poll

In the Sun Belt preseason coaches' poll, the Trojans were picked to finish sixth place in the West division. [1]

Offensive lineman Eli Russ, defensive lineman Luis Medina, defensive back Devin Lafayette and kicker Scott Taylor Renfroe Daniel King were awarded to be in the preseason All-Sun Belt second team offense, defense and special teams, respectively. [2]
