The Montreal Alouettes are a professional Canadian football team based in Montreal, Quebec. Founded in 1946, the team has folded and been revived twice. The Alouettes compete in the East Division of the Canadian Football League (CFL) and are the current Grey Cup champions, defeating the Winnipeg Blue Bombers in the 110th Grey Cup Game in 2023. Their home field is Percival Molson Memorial Stadium for the regular season and as of 2014 also home of their playoff games.
The Baltimore Stallions were a Canadian Football League team based in Baltimore, Maryland, in the United States, which played the 1994 and 1995 seasons. They were the most successful American team in the CFL's southern expansion into the United States, and by at least one account, the most winning expansion team in North American professional sports history at the time. They had winning records in each season, and in both years advanced to the championship game. In 1995, they became the only American franchise to win the Grey Cup.
Michael Peter Tice is a former American football tight end and coach. He played college football at the University of Maryland, College Park and spent 11 seasons playing in the National Football League (NFL) before spending 22 seasons as a coach, including four seasons as the Minnesota Vikings head coach.
Michael Francis Sherman is an American gridiron football coach and former player who most recently was the head coach of the Montreal Alouettes of the Canadian Football League (CFL). He was the head coach of the Green Bay Packers of the National Football League (NFL) from 2000 to 2005. Sherman led the Packers to five consecutive winning seasons from 2000 to 2004 and three divisional titles in 2002, 2003, and 2004, but never advanced past the divisional round of the playoffs. He was also the head football coach at Texas A&M University from 2008 to 2011. He has also been a coach in the NFL for the Seattle Seahawks, Houston Texans and Miami Dolphins. Before he started coaching in the NFL, he served as an assistant coach at five different colleges, including Texas A&M, where he coached the offensive line for seven seasons. He is one of only a few coaches that has been a head coach at the high school, college, CFL and NFL level.
Matthew Andrew Cavanaugh is an American former professional football player and coach in the National Football League (NFL). He played as a quarterback, winning two Super Bowl title. He played college football for the Pittsburgh Panthers.
Leslie Antonio Frazier is an American football coach and former player. He is currently the assistant head coach of the Seattle Seahawks. He played professional football as a cornerback for the Chicago Bears in the National Football League (NFL), winning a Super Bowl in the 1985 season.
Marty Mornhinweg is an American football coach and former player who was most recently a senior offensive consultant for the Philadelphia Eagles of the National Football League (NFL). He was the offensive coordinator for the San Francisco 49ers from 1997 to 2000, head coach of the Detroit Lions from 2001 to 2002, offensive coordinator for the Eagles from 2006 to 2012, offensive coordinator for the New York Jets from 2013 to 2014, and offensive coordinator for the Baltimore Ravens from 2016 to 2018.
Rick Steven Dennison is an American football coach and former player. He most recently was the senior offensive advisor for the Minnesota Vikings. He was the offensive line coach and run game coordinator for the Minnesota Vikings of the National Football League (NFL) from 2019-2020. An assistant in the NFL since 1995, he served as offensive coordinator for the Denver Broncos, Houston Texans (2010–2013), and Buffalo Bills (2017), and served as quarterbacks coach for the Baltimore Ravens in 2014. He was the special teams coach for the Super Bowl Champion Broncos in 1997 and 1998. A linebacker who spent his entire NFL playing career in Denver from 1982 to 1990, he appeared in Super Bowls XXI, XXII, and XXIV.

Joe Faragalli was a gridiron football player and coach who had most of his success in the Canadian Football League (CFL). Faragalli played guard at Villanova University from 1950 to 1953, and was the team captain all four years. He was drafted by the Chicago Bears in the 12th round of the 1954 NFL Draft. He served four years in Germany with the United States Army and went on to coach college football in the United States.
James Thomas Popp is an American sports executive and coach. Popp is Vice President, Player Personnel, for the United States Football League (USFL). In 2021, Popp was Chief of Staff, Advisor to the Head Coach for the Charlotte 49ers football and also a running back coach and assistant head coach for the Alabama State Hornets. He worked extensively in the Canadian Football League, and was most recently the general manager of the Toronto Argonauts. Popp spent over two decades as General Manager of the Montreal Alouettes including several stints as Head Coach. Popp served as General Manager for two years for Baltimore Stallions, and the Director of Player Personnel for the Saskatchewan Roughriders. As a CFL general manager, three separate franchises under Popp have won five Grey Cup championship wins out of 11 appearances.
Bob Slowik is a gridiron football coach who is currently the linebackers coach for the Calgary Stampeders of the Canadian Football League (CFL). He was also a defensive coordinator for the Denver Broncos, Green Bay Packers, Cleveland Browns and Chicago Bears in the National Football League (NFL) and for the Montreal Alouettes in the CFL. He has also been a coach for Rutgers, East Carolina University, and the Dallas Cowboys.
Marc Marlyn Trestman is a Canadian football and American football coach. He led the Montreal Alouettes of the Canadian Football League (CFL) to back-to-back Grey Cup victories in 2009 and 2010, and another as head coach of the Toronto Argonauts in 2017. He was also named CFL Coach of the Year in 2009 and 2017.
Juan Castillo is an American football coach who is the run game coordinator for the Washington Commanders of the National Football League (NFL). He played college football at Texas A&I as a linebacker and played for the San Antonio Gunslingers of the United States Football League (USFL) in the mid-1980s. Castillo then coached high school and college football before joining the Eagles in 1995 as an offensive assistant. He has served as both a coach for tight ends and the offensive line.
Jonathan Himebauch is an American football coach and former offensive lineman who is the offensive line coach and co-special teams coordinator for the Arlington Renegades of the United Football League (UFL). He played college football at USC from 1993 to 1998 and played over parts of five years with various teams in different leagues.
Pat Meyer is an American football coach, currently the offensive line coach for the Pittsburgh Steelers of the National Football League (NFL). He formerly served as the offensive line coach for the Carolina Panthers.
Jumal Dequavius Rolle is an American football defensive back for the Montreal Alouettes of the Canadian Football League (CFL). He has also been a member of the Buffalo Bills, New Orleans Saints, Green Bay Packers, Houston Texans, Baltimore Ravens and Arizona Cardinals. Rolle played college football at Catawba.
Tim Kelly is an American football coach coach who is the tight ends coach for the New York Giants of the National Football League (NFL). He previously served as the offensive coordinator for the Tennessee Titans in 2023 and also coached with the Houston Texans in various assistant roles, including offensive coordinator, between 2014 and 2021. Kelly has also served as an assistant coach for several college football teams. He attended Eastern Illinois University, where he also played for their football team.
Tim Tibesar is an American football coach who is the defensive coordinator and linebackers coach at Akron. Formerly was the defensive coordinator and outside linebackers coach at Oregon State University.
Carson Walch is an American football coach who is currently the director of player development for the Cleveland Browns of the National Football League (NFL).
