At the 2001 National Games of China , the athletics events were held at the Guangdong Olympic Stadium in Guangzhou, Guangdong Province, PR China from 17 to 23 November 2001. [1] A total of 46 events were contested, 24 by male and 22 by female athletes. The National Games marathon race was held before the main competition, as it was incorporated into that year's Beijing Marathon on 14 October.

2013 National Games of China

The 12th National Games of China were held in the northeastern province of Liaoning from 31 August to 12 September 2013. Liaoning was the sixth provincial level host of the games, following Beijing, Shanghai, Guangdong, Jiangsu and Shandong. A total of 350 events in 31 sports were held at the games.

The 2010 Asian Games featured 53 competition venues and 17 training venues on the sixteen days Games competition from November 12 to November 27, 2010. Wang Han (diver) Chinese diver

Wang Han is a retired Chinese diver who specialises in the 1 meter and 3 meter springboard events. Wang won a silver medal in the 1 meter springboard event at the 2011 World Aquatics Championships.

2001 National Games of China

The 9th National Games of China was a multi-sport event that was held in Guangzhou, Guangdong Province, China from 11–25 November 2001.

"Jayden" Yuan Xiaochao is a retired professional wushu taolu athlete and actor from China. He was a world champion in 2005 and 2007.

Liu Hao is a Chinese former track and field athlete who competed in the men's shot put. His personal best for the event is 19.72 m, set in 1993.

Zhou Zhongge is a Chinese track and field coach and former high jumper. His personal best was 2.33 m, set in 1990. He was the gold medallist at the 1990 Asian Games and the 1998 Asian Games silver medallist. He was the winner at the Asian Athletics Championships in 1998.

Liu Xiao is a female Chinese track and field athlete who competes in the long jump. She represented China at the international 2007 Summer Universiade, 2009 Summer Universiade, and 2011 Summer Universiade. She also represented Peking University for 2011 Nike FUSC Chinese College Students Track and Field Elite Tournament and 2011 Beijing College Students Track and Field Games. She was 3rd place of Women's long jump of Chinese Athletics Championships, 2011. Part of her performance can be found at IAAF.

Athletics at the 2017 National Games of China International athletics championship event

At the 2017 National Games of China, the athletics events were held at the Tianjin Olympic Center Stadium in Tianjin, People's Republic of China from 2–7 September 2017. The marathon events were held in April, prior to the main track and field competitions. The marathon events were held on 29 April and started in a square in the Wuqing District of Tianjin and included a women's team marathon competition as well as amateur races. A total of 46 events were contested – 22 men's events, 23 women's events and one mixed-sex medley relay event over 1600 m.

Zhang Jiaqi (diver) Chinese diver

Zhang Jiaqi is a Chinese diver. She won the gold medals of Women's 10m Platform and Women's 10m Synchronised Platform in 2018 FINA Diving World Cup.

Wu Zhaohua is a professional wushu taolu athlete from China.

2021 National Games of China

The 14th National Games of China (中华人民共和国第十四届运动会), commonly known as Shaanxi 2021 (陕西2021), was a multi-sports event held throughout Shaanxi from September 15 to 27, 2021. It is projected that the Games will attract around 20,000 athletes who will compete in 409 events in 35 sports. This will be the first event in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic.
