Peter Doherty, (under the name of Babyshambles) also released an acoustic version of The Libertines song "What Katie Did" through a French magazine called Amelia's Magazine. This very rare (only 1000 copies) clear flexi-disk was attached to the front of issue number 1 of the magazine which quickly sold out. It is now a collectable for any fan and can sometimes be found on auction sites such as eBay.

Costello Music is the debut album by Scottish indie rock band the Fratellis. It was released on 11 September 2006 on Fallout Records and Drop the Gun Recordings and on 13 March 2007 on Cherrytree Records in the US and was a success, peaking at number 2 on the UK Albums Chart and spent 83 weeks in the Top 100. <i>Oracular Spectacular</i> 2007 studio album by MGMT

Oracular Spectacular is the debut studio album by the American band MGMT, released on October 2, 2007, by RED Ink and physically on January 22, 2008, by Columbia. It was produced by Dave Fridmann and is the band's first release of new content, being recorded from March to April 2007. Promotion for the album started as early as June 2007, when the song "Weekend Wars" was given away in summer issues of free monthly magazine Nöjesguiden in Stockholm, Sweden. Matching CDs could be picked up for free in all stores in three different shopping malls around Stockholm from June 26 to July 31. The album was also promoted with three singles: "Time to Pretend", "Electric Feel" and "Kids". Both "Time to Pretend" and "Kids" were re-recorded for the album; they were originally included on the band's previous release Time to Pretend (2005), with the opening track serving as a "mission statement" and the theme continuing through the album's subsequent tracks.

We Started Nothing is the debut studio album by English indie pop duo the Ting Tings, released on 16 May 2008 by Columbia Records. The US edition has a different cover image in several background colours. The album was also released in the United Kingdom on red vinyl limited to 2,000 copies. The US vinyl version is a standard black vinyl pressing. As of November 2014, We Started Nothing had sold 639,876 copies in the United Kingdom.

Writing sessions began in early 2007 and recording took place in 2008 at the town hall of Govan, Scotland, and producer Dan Carey's studio in South London.

MTV Unplugged (Live at Hull City Hall) is a live album by English singer and songwriter Liam Gallagher. It was released on 12 June 2020 by Warner Records. It was originally set for release on 24 April 2020 but was delayed until June due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The album was recorded at Hull City Hall on 3 August 2019, consisting of 10 live acoustic performances of solo material by Gallagher and Oasis that were culled from the 15 songs which were performed on the night, including a cover of "Natural Mystic" by Bob Marley and the Wailers that was ultimately not included on the album.
