Babak and Friends - A First Norooz is a direct-to-DVD animated film by Norooz Productions, later renamed Big Bad Boo Studios. The 33-minute animated cartoon was released in 2005. The film was made to teach children about the Persian New Year Norooz, celebrating the coming of spring and is about a little boy named Babak who is stuck between being Iranian and being American. Through a dream and magical visit by Amoo norooz, Babak learns to be proud of his heritage and celebrates the New Year with his family.
Mixed Nutz is a Canadian animated cartoon series produced by Big Bad Boo Studios. The show is about a group of friends from different backgrounds in a fictional town called Dyvercity. The main characters are Babak from Iran, Sanjay from India, Adele from Austria, Damaris from Cuba and Jae from Korea. The show has been referred to as "International" Peanuts for the simplicity of the animation style and its multicultural angle.

She created the TVOKids Original series Galapagos X, starring Odd Squad actress Millie Davis as Orchid, Gavin MacIver-Wright as Quinn Croc, Battlestar Galactica star Alessandro Juliani and Riverdale star Nathalie Boltt as the power-hungry mogul Doc Croc. Shabnam is the director and producer of Hulu Original series The Bravest Knight, the first children's series with an LGBT protagonist. The all-star cast includes T. R. Knight, Bobby Moynihan, Storm Reid, RuPaul, Wanda Sykes, Wilson Cruz, and Christine Baranski. The Bravest Knight won the 2020 GLAAD Media Award for Outstanding Kids and Family Programming.
1001 Nights is a Canadian animated television series developed and produced at Big Bad Boo Studios in Vancouver, based on stories from One Thousand and One Nights. The show is created and co-directed by Shabnam Rezaei and Aly Jetha.

The series was created by Shabnam Rezaei and based on the fifteen-episode miniseries Lili & Lola from 2015. 16 Hudson gained international recognition in October 2021 by winning the MIPCOM Diversify TV Award in Cannes, France, up against Disney and the BBC.
The Bravest Knight is a Canadian animated television series, produced by Big Bad Boo Studios and a Hulu original which became the first kids original on the streaming service. The first episodes were added to the streaming service on June 21, 2019 and the other eight on October 11, 2019. The show, which was created by Daniel Errico, and directed by Shabnam Rezaei. It is a fantasy and adventure story focused on how a young kid and pumpkin farmer turned into the "bravest knight" through wild adventures across the lands, which he tells his adopted daughter. The series is one of the first all-ages animations to have an "openly gay main character".
Vme Kids is a Spanish-language children's television channel operated by V-me Media, catering to the needs of preschool-aged Hispanic and Latino Americans. The channel launched exclusively through AT&T U-verse cable systems on September 1, 2010, and has expanded its carriage since then.
The Night is a 2020 psychological horror-thriller film directed by Kourosh Ahari in his directorial debut. It is a co-production between Iran and the United States, starring Shahab Hosseini, Niousha Noor, Leah Oganyan, and George Maguire. The film centers on an Iranian couple living in the United States, who are imprisoned in a Los Angeles hotel.
ABC with Kenny G is a Canadian animated series developed and produced at Big Bad Boo Studios in Vancouver. The musical ABC series is a spin-off from 16 Hudson. The series is about Kensington, Lili's cat from 16 Hudson, who dresses up as a singer and goes down to the Milk & Cookies Jazz club at night, when the humans are sleeping, to teach his animal friends the ABCs. Marcus Mosley is the main performer in the role of Kensington. He is a gospel singer based in Vancouver.
Aly Jetha is a Canadian children's television creator, producer, director and writer, as well as co-founder and CEO of Big Bad Boo Studios and Oznoz.com, a multilingual educational VOD service for children.
