The Department Secretaries of Cesar Department (Spanish : Secretarias departamental del Departamento del Cesar) are the secretaries in charge of supporting the functions of the Governor of Cesar Department on specific areas.

Luis Roberto García Díaz-Granados was a Colombian politician and two time Governor of the Department of Cesar. He also served as Viceminister of Labor and Social Safety under the administration of President Julio César Turbay Ayala.
Eduardo Neumann Gandía, was one of Puerto Rico's most accomplished historians. He is particularly well known for his nineteenth century book Verdadera y Auténtica Historia de la Ciudad de Ponce: desde sus primitivos tiempos hasta la época contemporánea. His father was Guillermo Neumann, who was mayor of Ponce from 23 April 1851 to 30 September 1851. Eduardo Neumann Gandía's most important work was Benefactores y Hombres Notables de Puerto Rico.. Neumann wrote profusely during a period of 30 years, producing some 20 major works plus numerous articles in newspapers and periodicals.
The Puerto Rico Department of Natural and Environmental Resources (PRDNER) is the executive department of the government of Puerto Rico tasked with protecting, conserving, developing, and managing the natural and environmental resources in Puerto Rico. As of April 2022 the current interim Secretary is Anaí Rodríguez after the resignation of Rafael A. Machargo. As of November 2020 the department has 1,096 employees.
Parque de la Abolición is a city park in Barrio Cuarto, Ponce, Puerto Rico. It was the first park in the Caribbean to commemorate the abolition of slavery. It was built in 1874 and renovated in 1956.

Longo Quiñones was previously a United States Attorney and assistant federal prosecutor. She was a special assistant to Secretary of Justice José Fuentes Agostini from 1998 to 2000 and the legal advisor of Governor Luis Fortuño from 2009 to 2012.
