Neiphiu Guolhoulie Rio is an Indian politician who serving as the 9th and current Chief Minister of Nagaland since 2018, previously 2008 to 2014 and from 2003 to 2008. He is the only Nagaland Chief Minister to have serving five consecutive terms, and is the longest serving Chief Minister of Nagaland. He was also a Member of Parliament from Nagaland in Lok Sabha from 2014 to 2018.

The counting of votes took place on 3 March 2018.

Yanthungo Patton, also known as Y. Patton, is an Indian politician from Nagaland and current Deputy Chief Minister of the Indian state of Nagaland serving in the NDPP-BJP administration. He is the BJP MLA from Tyüi Assembly Constituency and was Home Minister in the NPF-led government. He is also the BJP Legislature Party (BLP) leader in the state assembly.

Zhaleo Rio is a Nationalist Democratic Progressive Party politician from Nagaland. He has been elected in Nagaland Legislative Assembly election from Ghaspani II Assembly constituency in 2013 as a candidate of Naga People's Front and 2018 as a candidate of Nationalist Democratic Progressive Party. He was deputy speaker of Nagaland Legislative Assembly from 2018 to 2019 before being named as an advisor to Chief Minister of Nagaland Neiphiu Rio and allocated three departments, they are Sericulture, Excise and Minority Affairs. He is brother of Chief Minister of Nagaland Neiphiu Rio.

S. Pangnyu Phom is an Indian politician from Nagaland. He has been elected in Nagaland Legislative Assembly election in 2008, 2013 and 2018 from Longleng constituency as candidate of Bharatiya Janata Party. He was minister of Health and Family welfare in Fourth Neiphiu Rio ministry from 2018.

Jacob Zhimomi is a Bharatiya Janata Party politician from Nagaland. He has been consecutively elected in the Nagaland Legislative Assembly election from Ghaspani I since 2013. He is currently serving as the Minister of Public Health Engineering and Cooperation/Government Of Nagaland in the Fifth Neiphiu Rio ministry (2023). Jacob Zhimomi is the son of Ihezhe Zhimomi, a native of Aghunato Sub-division of Zünheboto District, who was a former Politician/Member of the First Nagaland Legislative Assembly.

V. Kashiho Sangtam is an Indian Bharatiya Janata Party politician from Nagaland, hailing from New Monger village, Kiphire District. He has been elected in Nagaland Legislative Assembly election in 2018 from Seyochung–Sitimi constituency as candidate of Bharatiya Janata Party, he was Minister of Soil & Water conservation, geology and mining and chairman NSMDC in Fourth Neiphiu Rio ministry from 2018.

Temjen Imna Along is an Indian politician and the State President of the Bharatiya Janata Party of Nagaland since 15 January 2020. He is also the Minister of Higher and Technical Education in the Fourth Neiphiu Rio ministry since 2018.

He is the Son of NI Jamir and younger brother of Alemtemshi Jamir IAS. He has been elected in Nagaland Legislative Assembly election in 2018 from Mokokchung Town constituency as candidate of Nationalist Democratic Progressive Party. He is Minister of Rural Development from 2018 till date.

G. Kaito Aye is a Nationalist Democratic Progressive Party politician from Nagaland. He is currently serving as Cabinet minister in Government of Nagaland and member of Nagaland Legislative Assembly representing Satakha.

Tongpang Ozüküm is an Independent politician from Nagaland. He has been elected in Nagaland Legislative Assembly election in 2018 from Angetyongpang constituency as Independent candidate. Legislative Assembly elections were held in Nagaland on 27 February 2023 to elect all 60 members of the Nagaland Legislative Assembly. The votes were counted and the results were declared on 2 March 2023.

The Second Conrad Sangma ministry is formed after the swearing-in ceremony held on 7 March 2023. Governor Phagu Chauhan took oath of Chief Minister and 11 other ministers. Conrad Sangma took oath as Chief Minister for second consecutive term became first one to do so in electoral history of Meghalaya.
