The Second ministry of Yogi Adityanath is the council of ministers in headed by Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, which was formed after 2022 Uttar Pradesh Legislative Assembly election which was held in seven phases during February and March in the state. The results were declared on 10 March and this led to formation of 18th Uttar Pradesh Legislative Assembly. The swearing-in ceremony was held at BRSABV Ekana International Cricket stadium, Gomti Nagar Extension in Lucknow. The head of all the big Indian and NDA lead states along with the big businessmen's including many celebrities were invited in the ceremony. 53 ministers (Chief Minister, 2 Deputy Chief Ministers, 16 Cabinet Ministers, 14 MoS Ind Charge and 20 MoS) were given oath by the Governor. Yogi Adityanath is an Indian Hindu monk and politician, belonging to the Bharatiya Janata Party who has been serving as the 21st Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh since 19 March 2017. He is the longest serving chief minister of Uttar Pradesh, being in office for 7 years, and the only UP chief minister to have two consecutive terms.

Rajendra Pratap Singh, popularly known as Moti Singh, is an Indian politician affiliated with the Bhartiya Janata Party. He represents Patti assembly constituency of Pratapgarh district. He has been elected as the member of legislative assembly from the same constituency for four times in a row. In his fourth attempt for re-election there were errors in counting, which was later cleared by the high court. The then MLA was removed and the seat was left vacant after the decision of High Court. He won the 2017 elections from the same seat and became a Cabinet Minister in the 2017 Uttar Pradesh Cabinet. Previously, Shri. Singh served as Uttar Pradesh state Minister of Agriculture in 2003. He was cabinet minister in First Yogi Adityanath ministry.
Satish Mahana is an Indian politician and Member of the Legislative Assembly of Uttar Pradesh. Currently, he is serving as Speaker of the Legislative Assembly. He is a seven time MLA from Kanpur Cantt, having served since the 11th Legislative Assembly, and currently represents Maharajpur constituency of Kanpur. He participated in the 2009 general elections as a BJP candidate from Kanpur. He was the Vice Leader of Bharatiya Janata Party in 16th Vidhan Sabha of Uttar Pradesh and he is a former coordinator of Bajrang Dal youth wing of Vishva Hindu Parishad at Kanpur Purvottar District.
Keshav Prasad Maurya is an Indian politician, currently serving as the Deputy Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh. He is a member of the Bharatiya Janata Party. Maurya was associated with a right-wing Hindu organization Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh, before entering active politics through BJP. He was also involved in cow protectionism in his early life. Before 2017 Uttar Pradesh Legislative Assembly elections, he was made state president of the BJP, and after the victory of BJP, he was appointed Deputy Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh in the first Yogi Adityanath Government. Maurya again contested the legislative assembly elections in 2022 from Sirathu Assembly constituency, losing to Pallavi Patel of Samajwadi Party. However, he was given a second term as Deputy CM in the second Yogi Adityanath government.
Suresh Kumar Rana(alias Suresh Kumar) is a politician based in western Uttar Pradesh. He was a member of the 16th Legislative Assembly of Uttar Pradesh and is currently a member of 17th Legislative Assembly of Uttar Pradesh in the northern state of India. He represents the Thana Bhawan constituency of Uttar Pradesh and is a member of the Bharatiya Janata Party. Rana has previously served as a Minister of State (Independent Charge) in the Uttar Pradesh Government and currently holds the position of a Cabinet Minister in the Yogi Adityanath led Government and holds the portfolios of sugarcane development and sugarcane mills.
Swami Prasad Maurya is an Indian politician and was a member of the 17th Legislative Assembly of Uttar Pradesh of India. He represented the Padrauna constituency of Uttar Pradesh. He was a member of Samajwadi Party till 2024 to which he resigned. Maurya has been a Member of the legislative assembly for five terms, has been a minister in the government of Uttar Pradesh, Leader of the house, and Leader of the opposition. He was serving as Cabinet Minister for Labour, Employment and Co-ordination in Yogi Adityanath ministry. Until 2021, he was a member of the Bharatiya Janata Party which he joined after a long stint with Bahujan Samaj Party.
