The Bhajan Lal Sharma ministry represents the formation of the Twenty-seventh cabinet of the Indian state Rajasthan under the leadership of Bhajan Lal Sharma, [1] [2] who has been elected the Fifteenth Chief Minister of Rajasthan. The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), led by Bhajan Lal Sharma, secured an absolute majority in the 2023 Rajasthan Legislative Assembly election, winning 115 out of the 200 seats in the state assembly. History

The results of the 2023 Rajasthan Legislative Assembly election were released on 3 December 2023, in which the Bharatiya Janata Party secured a majority in the winning 115 of the 230 seats in the state legislative assembly. On 12 December 2023, after days of deliberations, the BJP picked Bhajan Lal Sharma, a first-time MLA, as its chief minister. Prem Chand Bairwa and Diya Kumari were chosen to be deputy chief ministers. [4] The new government was officially sworn in on 15 December 2023.[ citation needed ]

Vasundhara Raje Scindia is an Indian politician, who has held two terms as the chief minister of Rajasthan. In addition to the major national parties, other national and regional parties such as Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam (DMK), Shiromani Akali Dal, Shiv Sena, Samajwadi Party, Rashtriya Janata Dal, Janata Dal Secular, Jharkhand Mukti Morcha, Kerala Congress, Jammu & Kashmir National Conference, Indian Union Muslim League, AIMIM, and the Nationalist Congress Party are all dominated by families, mostly those of the party founders.

Kuldeep Bishnoi is an Indian politician and a member of Bharatiya Janata Party. He served as fourth-time member of Haryana Legislative Assembly from Adampur in the Hisar (city) of Haryana. He was also a member of Congress Central Working Committee (CWC). Earlier in 2007, Bishnoi had founded a new party, Haryana Janhit Congress, a breakaway faction of Indian National Congress.

Gulab Chand Kataria is an Indian politician who is serving as the Governor of Punjab and Administrator of Chandigarh since 31 July 2024. He was the 31st Governor of Assam from 22 February 2023 to 29 July 2024. He was a minister in the Government of Rajasthan from 2013 till 2018, 2003 to 2008 and from 1993 to 1998. He was booked by the C.B.I. in the Sheikh encounter killing. during the rule of the Congress Government at the Centre, but was found not guilty by the Court. He was also the Leader of Opposition in the Rajasthan Legislative Assembly from 2019 till 2023, 2013 to 2013 and from 2002 to 2003. He was the President of Bharatiya Janata Party, Rajasthan state unit from 1999 to 2000. He was also the member of the Rajasthan Legislative Assembly from Udaipur from 2003 to 2023 and from 1977 to 1986 and from Bari Sadri from 1993 to 2003.

Politics of Rajasthan is mainly dominated by two parties, the Bharatiya Janata Party and the Indian National Congress. The current government in Rajasthan is that of the Bhartiya Janata Party and Bhajan Lal Sharma is the Chief Minister.

Kirti Kumari was a member of the erstwhile Royal Family of Bijolia, daughter of present Rao Saheb Shri Chandraveer Singh ji of Bijolia and Rani Saheb Manohar Kanwar of Auwa (Marwar). She was an alumnus of the Sophia Senior Secondary School, Ajmer & later the Sophia College where she completed her Bachelor of Arts. She worked for the Mayo College Girls School as a House Master in Jamila Singh House. Next she entered politics and was a politician from the Bharatiya Janata Party and a member of the Rajasthan Legislative Assembly representing the Mandalgarh Vidhan Sabha constituency in Bhilwara district, Rajasthan. Kumari died of a swine flu infection on 28 August 2017. She was fifty years old.

Prem Chand Bairwa is an Indian politician from the state of Rajasthan. Currently serving as the Deputy Chief Minister of Rajasthan alongside Diya Kumari, under the Chief Ministership of Bhajan Lal Sharma. He is a member of the Bharatiya Janata Party, and a member of 16th Rajasthan Legislative Assembly representing Dudu Assembly constituency.
