German emigration to France has resulted in it being the home of one of the largest communities of German population born outside Germany. Migration from Germany to France has increased rapidly from the 1990s onwards, and by 2012 there were an estimated 130,000 German citizens living in France. [2]

From the total foreign investments in Morocco, the European Union invests approximately 73.5%, whereas the Arab world invests only 19.3%. As of 2009, many countries from the Persian Gulf and Maghreb regions are also becoming more involved in large-scale development projects in Morocco.
The Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs is the ministry of the Government of France that handles France's foreign relations. Since 1855, its headquarters have been located at 37 Quai d'Orsay, close to the National Assembly. The term Quai d'Orsay is often used as a metonym for the ministry. Its cabinet minister, the Minister of Europe and Foreign Affairs is responsible for the foreign relations of France. The current officeholder, Catherine Colonna, was appointed in 2022.

Migration from the UK to France has increased rapidly from the 1990s onwards. Estimates of the number of British citizens living in France vary from 261,000 to 400,000. Besides Paris, many British expatriates tend to be concentrated in the regions of southern France, Brittany, and recently the island of Corsica. Dordogne has a large British immigrant community. The region has between 5,000 and 10,000 British residents and 800 British entrepreneurs, drawn by the French lifestyle, warm climate, and lower cost of living.

Charles Bastienne is a Seychellois politician who served as the Minister of Fisheries and Agriculture. He was appointed by President Danny Faure on 26 April 2018. He was previously the Minister of Interior in January 2015, succeeding Joel Morgan. On 3 November 2020, he was succeeded by Jean-François Ferrari for fisheries and Flavien Joubert for agriculture.

Capital punishment is a legal penalty in Burkina Faso. It has been abolished for all offenses except war crimes, making the country "Abolitionist for Ordinary Crimes," along with Brazil, Chile, El Salvador, Guatemala, Israel, and Peru. Before the partial abolition of capital punishment in 2018, capital punishment had been abolished de facto. Its last execution was performed in 1989.
The 2022 French legislative election occurred on 4 and 18 June 2022 (America and Caribbean Zone) and 5 and 19 June 2022 (Rest of the world). In the single member constituencies for French residents overseas, 11 deputies were elected, representing French people living outside France. It is the third time French citizens living abroad will be represented in the National Assembly after the previous elections in 2012 and 2017.
