Hagen Township is a township in Clay County, Minnesota, United States. The population was 153 at the 2000 census.
Hagen Township was named for an early Norwegian settler. [3]

As of the census [1] of 2000, there were 153 people, 56 households, and 45 families residing in the township. The population density was 4.7 people per square mile (1.8/km2). There were 72 housing units at an average density of 2.2/sq mi (0.9/km2). The racial makeup of the township was 100.00% White.
There were 56 households, out of which 30.4% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 75.0% were married couples living together, 1.8% had a female householder with no husband present, and 19.6% were non-families. 14.3% of all households were made up of individuals, and 3.6% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.
