Justin Scott Carroll (born December 8, 1995) is an American professional stock car racing driver. He competes part-time in the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series, driving the No. 90 Toyota Tundra for his family-owned team, TC Motorsports.
In 2014, he would attempt a challenge to earn a NASCAR K&N Pro Series East ride with Michael Waltrip Racing. [1]
In 2015, Carroll, with a partnership with team Precision Performance Motorsports, was able to make his debut in the NASCAR K&N Pro Series East. [2]
In 2018, he would suffer his first retirement due to a handling issue. [3]
In 2020, Carroll announced that he was looking towards racing in the NASCAR Gander RV & Outdoors Truck Series. [4] In 2021, Carroll announced plans to race part-time during the 2021 NASCAR Camping World Truck Series, [5] but couldn't due to the lack of qualifying. [6]
On March 9, 2022, Carroll announced plans to race three races during the 2022 NASCAR Camping World Truck Series season, with more races dependent on sponsorship. [6] He failed to qualify for all 5 of his attempts. His closest call at making a race was at Bristol, where he missed the race by just 0.145 seconds.
On August 31, 2022, Carroll stated in an interview with Christian Koelle from Kickin' the Tires that he and his team would return to the Truck and ARCA Series part-time again in 2023. [7]
His father, Terry Carroll, owns the team Justin drives for, TC Motorsports. [2] He graduated from Warhill High School in Williamsburg, VA

Mark M. McFarland is a former NASCAR driver who worked for Kyle Busch Motorsports as the crew chief for their No. 18 car in the ARCA Menards Series and ARCA Menards Series East. In 2021, he won championships in both series with Ty Gibbs and Sammy Smith, respectively. In 2022, he and Smith won their second consecutive East Series championship. Mark now lives in Harrisonburg VA with his wife and 4 sons. He and his wife opened a bakery named "Nothing Bundt Cakes."
Dylan Jarin Lupton is an American professional stock car racing driver. He competes part-time in the NASCAR Xfinity Series, driving the No. 15 Ford Mustang for AM Racing, part-time in the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series, driving the No. 02 Chevrolet Silverado for Young's Motorsports, and part-time in the ARCA Menards Series driving the No. 30 Mustang for Rette Jones Racing.
