The Filmfare Award for Best Supporting Actor – Telugu is given by the Filmfare magazine as part of its annual Filmfare Awards for Telugu films. The award was introduced and first given at the 50th South Filmfare Awards in 2002, with Prakash Raj being the first recipient.
Kithakithalu is a 2006 Indian Telugu-language romantic comedy film starring Allari Naresh, Geetha Singh and Madhu Shalini. The film is made by Allari Naresh's home banner under the direction of his father E. V. V. Satyanarayana. It is based on the Tamil movie Chinna Veedu (1985). The film featured forty-two comedians in supporting roles.
Athili Sattibabu LKG is a 2007 Telugu comedy film starring Allari Naresh and Kausha Rach, directed by E. V. V. Satyanarayana. Allari Naresh played a Pawnbroker in the film, while Raghu Babu and Sunil played his wayward brothers.
Hungama is 2005 Indian Telugu-language comedy film directed by S. V. Krishna Reddy starring Ali and Venu Madhav. The film is a remake of the Malayalam film Mattupetti Machan (1998). Hungama was successful at the box office.

Mee Sreyobhilashi is a 2007 Indian Telugu-language philosophical film directed by V. Eshwar Reddy with story and dialogues by Ramesh Cheppala. The film stars Rajendra Prasad, Naresh and music composed by Koti. Upon release, the film received highly positive reviews and remained a box office hit. The film won two Nandi Awards and was premiered in the Indian panorama section at the International Film Festival of India. The movie was remade in Kannada as Lift Kodla (2010). The core plot of the movie was reportedly inspired from the 1998 Japanese film Ikinai.

Srikanth Nahatha and produced by Palli Kesava Rao and K. Kishore Reddy. It is a remake of Hindi film Bhagam Bhag, which itself is a remake of the 1995 Malayalam film Mannar Mathai Speaking.

Satyanarayana, and newcomer Ritu Barmecha. Srihari, Anita Hassanandani, Subbaraju, Samrat Reddy, and Brahmanandam play important roles. The music was composed by Raghu Kunche. The film was released on 2 March 2011.
Madatha Kaja is a 2011 Indian Telugu-language romantic comedy film written and directed by Seetaramaraju Dantuluri, produced by Vedarajuu Timber under Timbuu Productions and Sri Ranjith Movies banners and starring Allari Naresh and Sneha Ullal in lead roles. The film soundtrack was composed by Sri Vasant and Cinematography was handled by Adusumilli Vijay Kumar. Dialogues of the film were written by popular writer Satish Vegesna and screenplay was handled also by Satish Vegesna and Seetaramaraju Dantuluri. This film marks the debut of Seetaramaraju Dantuluri as a director. Madata Kaja was released on 29 September 2011. The film was later dubbed in Hindi as Mera Pyaar in 2018.

Nagaram (transl. City) is a 2008 Indian Telugu-language action film produced by M. Anjibabu, P. Kishore Babu on Mac Media-Blue Sky Entertainment banner and directed by C. C. Srinivas. The film stars Srikanth, Jagapati Babu, Kaveri Jha and music composed by Chakri. The film is loosely based on Tamil film Thalai Nagaram (2006) which itself was remake of Malayalam film Abhimanyu (1991).
