Karina Ramos Leiton is a Costa Rican tv host, model and beauty pageant titleholder who was crowned Miss Costa Rica 2014 and represented her country at Miss Universe 2014. Asha Bhat is an Indian actress, model and the winner of the Miss Supranational 2014 pageant. She is the first Indian to win the title. Bhat made her acting debut with the 2019 Hindi film Junglee. She has since appeared in the Kannada action thriller Roberrt (2021) and the Telugu romantic comedy Ori Devuda (2022).
The 4th edition of Miss Diva took place in 2016. 16 contestants competed in the pageant. Miss Diva 2016 featured a television reality series which was telecast on Colors Infinity. The 16 contestants, who were mentored by former Femina Miss India Universe 2000 and Miss Universe 2000 Lara Dutta through the series, were based in a "Diva Villa" at Madh Island and judged based on their performances by celebrity judges.

She is the second Indian to have won this title. Shetty made her acting debut with the Kannada action duology KGF (2018–2022), winning the SIIMA Award for Best Actress – Kannada for the sequel.
Jesica Fitriana Martasari Alfharisi is an Indonesian Ministry of Tourism Ambassador, HIV/AIDS activist, Furniture designer, TV commercial model and a beauty pageant titleholder who won the title of Puteri Indonesia Pariwisata 2019. She represented Indonesia at the Miss Supranational 2019 pageant, where she placed as the "2nd Runner-Up", the highest placement of Indonesia at the Miss Supranational pageant, became the sixth Indonesian to be placed as a finalist in Miss Supranational history, continuing the ongoing fifth year placement streaks of Indonesia, consecutively since Gresya Amanda Maaliwuga in 2015, Intan Aletrinö in 2016, Karina Nadila Niab in 2017 and Wilda Octaviana Situngkir in 2018.
Miss Diva 2020 was the 8th edition of the Miss Diva beauty pageant held on 22 February 2020. A total of 20 contestants were shortlisted from various auditions across the country. Vartika Singh crowned Adline Castelino as her successor and she represented India at Miss Universe 2020. Shefali Sood crowned Aavriti Choudhary as her successor and she represented India at Miss Supranational 2021. Miss Diva 2018 Runner up Roshni Sheoran crowned Neha Jaiswal as her successor. Anntonia Porsild, Miss Supranational 2019 graced the event. This was the first edition of Miss Diva under Liva Fluid Fashion.
Aavriti Choudhary is a beauty pageant titleholder who won Miss Diva Supranational India 2020. She represented India at Miss Supranational 2021 on 20 August 2021 at Malopolska in Poland where she reached the top 12.
Intan Aletrinö is an Indonesian actress, TV host, supermodel and beauty pageant titleholder who is National Narcotics Board of the Republic of Indonesia Ambassador. She won the title of Puteri Indonesia Pariwisata 2016. She represented Indonesia at the Miss Supranational 2016 pageant in Krynica-Zdrój, Poland, where she placed in the top 10, also won Miss Elegance and Miss Multimedia Awards. She is the great-granddaughter of Dutch physician Arnold Aletrino.

Chanique Rabe Honeyborne is a Namibian model, fashion designer, and beauty pageant titleholder who was crowned Miss Supranational 2021. Rabe was previously crowned Miss Teen Continents 2015 and Miss Supranational Namibia 2020, making her the first representative from Namibia to win the Miss Supranational title, the first African country to do so. Rabe’s interests lie in the creative aspects of the fashion industry; thus, I am working on getting a broad variety of experience throughout the industry.
Miss Supranational 2022 was the 13th edition of the Miss Supranational pageant, held on 15 July 2022, at Strzelecki Park Amphitheater in Nowy Sącz, Poland. Chanique Rabe of Namibia crowned Lalela Mswane of South Africa at the end of the event. This edition marked the first back to back win for contestants from Africa, and the first Black woman who won Miss Supranational.
Mister and Miss Supranational Thailand is a national pageant to select Thailand's representative to the Mister Supranational and Miss Supranational pageant. This pageant is unrelated to the Miss Universe Thailand, Miss Thailand World or Miss International Thailand national contests.
