List of NFL mascots

The majority of teams in the National Football League (NFL) have mascots, which typically appear at football games alongside their respective team. These mascots are also used in the teams' official merchandise.

Minnesota Vikings Viktor Viktor the Viking 2.jpg Viktor is a smiling Viking caricature whose head looks similar to the Vikings logo. Previously, Ragnar was one of two "human" mascots in professional North American sports (i.e. not in any animal or caricature costume), with Lucky the Leprechaun of the Boston Celtics being the other. In 2000, Botafogo finished 12th in a vote by subscribers of FIFA Magazine for the FIFA Club of the Century. They have won the Brazilian championship three times, in 1968, 1995 and 2024. Botafogo won the Copa Libertadores for the first time in 2024.

The SFU Red Leafs or Simon Fraser Red Leafs teams represent Simon Fraser University (SFU), which is located in Burnaby, British Columbia, Canada. The Red Leafs are members of NCAA Division II and are the only Canadian university affiliated with the U.S.-based National Collegiate Athletic Association. The teams previously used the nicknames "Clan" and "Clansmen," which were used as a tribute to the Scottish heritage of the university's namesake, Simon Fraser. The names were retired in 2020 due to the negative connotation surrounding those terms. In September 2022, the updated nickname "Red Leafs" was announced.

This has been a period of rising Indigenous civil rights movements, and Native Americans and their supporters object to the use of images and names in a manner and context they consider derogatory. They have conducted numerous protests and tried to educate the public on this issue.

Otto the Orange is the mascot for the Syracuse Orange, the athletic teams of Syracuse University in Syracuse, New York, USA. Otto is an anthropomorphism of the color orange, wearing a large blue hat and blue pants. Otto can often be seen at Syracuse sporting events in the JMA Wireless Dome, at other venues and regularly across the university's campus.

The Arkansas State Red Wolves are the athletic teams of Arkansas State University. As of the next NCAA bowling season in 2023–24, the bowling team will compete in Conference USA, which absorbed the single-sport Southland Bowling League after the 2022–23 season.
