High Commissioners represent diplomatic missions in member states of the Commonwealth of Nations and Ambassadors represent diplomatic missions in other states. The head of a diplomatic mission to an international organization is called a Permanent Representative.
Where a diplomat is accredited to more than one nation, the first country listed is the location of the Ambassador's or High Commissioner's residence, followed by other countries of accreditation, in alphabetical order.

The High Commission of Ghana in London is the diplomatic mission of Ghana in the United Kingdom.
Amma Adomaa Twum-Amoah is a Ghanaian diplomat who has worked for the foreign relations of Ghana in various capacities and is presently Ghana's ambassador to Ethiopia. She became Minister/Head of Chancery of the Embassy of Ghana in Washington, D.C. in the United States on November 17, 2012.
