State Road 5A (SR 5A), also known as Nova Road, is a north–south highway that begins and ends at U.S. Highway 1 or US 1, in Port Orange and Ormond Beach, respectively. It is noted that when 5A was built, it was used more as a bypass or beltway, but in recent years with growth reaching far beyond SR 5A, it sees more use as a major thoroughfare that passes through the heart of the region.

State Road 922 is a 5.548 miles (8.929 km) east–west road built in 1951, passing through the cities of North Miami, Bay Harbor Islands, and Bal Harbour, Florida. Locally, the street is also known as North 125th Street, North Miami Boulevard, Northeast 123rd Street, Broad Causeway, 96th Street, and Kane Concourse. Its western terminus is an intersection with Northwest Seventh Avenue, one block west of Interstate 95, its eastern terminus is an intersection with SR A1A. State Road 969, locally known as Milam Dairy Road and West 72nd Avenue, is a 5.2-mile-long (8.4 km) north–south street west of Miami International Airport in western Miami-Dade County, Florida. The southern terminus is currently an intersection with SR 968 in the city of Miami, and its northern terminus is an intersection with SR 934, just south of Medley.

State Road 944, locally known as Hialeah Drive and North 54th Street, is a 5.822-mile-long (9.370 km) east–west street spanning Hialeah and Miami, Florida. The western terminus is an intersection with Okeechobee Road in Hialeah; its eastern terminus is an intersection with Biscayne Boulevard. Along with the north–south Palm Avenue, Hialeah Drive is a baseline for addresses in the City of Hialeah.

State Road 100 is a 153-mile-long (246 km) east–west highway serving northeastern Florida. Its western terminus is at the Georgia-Florida border four miles (6.4 km) north of Avoca, Florida ; its eastern terminus is an intersection with Shore Scenic Highway in Flagler Beach. The portion west of Lake City is only signed as portions of US 41 and US 129, both of which run north–south.

Flagler Street is a 12.4-mile (20.0 km) main east–west road in Miami. Flagler Street is the latitudinal baseline that divides all the streets on the Miami-Dade County grid plan as north or south streets. Flagler Street is named after industrialist Henry Flagler and serves as a major commercial east–west highway through central Miami-Dade County, with a mixture of residential neighborhoods and strip malls, the commercial presence increasing as SR 968 approaches downtown Miami.

State Road 13 (SR 13) is a 28.25-mile-long (45.46 km) state highway in the U.S. state of Florida, running north from SR 16 near Green Cove Springs, through Switzerland to Jacksonville on the east shore of the St. Johns River.

Ormond Scenic Loop and Trail

The Ormond Scenic Loop and Trail is a series of scenic state and county highways in Volusia County, Florida. CR 2002 is the northern leg of the trail. CR 4011(Old Dixie Highway and North Beach Street) is the western leg, with a spur onto Pine Tree Drive. SR 40(East Granada Boulevard) is the southern leg of the trail. CR 2803(John Anderson Drive) is the central leg of the trail, and SR A1A is the eastern leg of the trail. Florida Scenic Highway, designated this route on July 9, 2007.
