U.S. Route 319 is a spur of US 19. It runs for 303 miles (488 km) from US 98 at the foot of the John Gorrie Memorial Bridge across from downtown Apalachicola, Florida to US 1/SR 4 in Wadley, Georgia, through the Panhandle of Florida and the southern portion of Georgia.
State Road 61 is located in the Big Bend area of Florida, running through the state capital of Florida, Tallahassee. Throughout most of its length, SR 61 is the unsigned state route assigned to U.S. Route 319. The route's southern terminus is at US 98, and its northern terminus is at the Georgia state line, where it continues north as Georgia State Route 35.

State Road 373 (SR 373) or C.K. Steele Memorial Highway is a 1.708-mile-long (2.749 km) east–west state highway in Tallahassee, in the northern part of the U.S. state or Florida. It travels along Orange Avenue between SR 371 and SR 61. In 2018, the Florida Legislature designated the roadway as C.K. Steele Memorial Highway in honor of late civil rights leader Charles Kenzie Steele.
State Road 368 (SR 368) is a short state road an east–west "bypass route", locally known as 23rd Street, in and around the vicinity of Panama City, Florida. The road is entirely four-lanes wide with center left-turn lanes where available, and is divided only at its eastern terminus. No roads overlap SR 368 or vice versa.
