The Interstate Aviation Committee is an executive body of the Civil Aviation and Airspace Use Council of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) and was formed in 1991 according to the Civil Aviation and Airspace Use Multilateral Agreement, signed on 25 December 1991.
Belarus and Israel established diplomatic relations in 1992. In 1947, Belarus voted in favor for the United Nations Partition Plan for Palestine. Belarus operates an embassy in Tel Aviv, while Israel operates an embassy in Minsk. Around 130,000 Belarusian citizens immigrated to Israel during the 1990s under the Law of Return.
The visa policy of Russia deals with the requirements which a foreign national wishing to enter the Russian Federation must meet to obtain a visa, which is a permit to travel to, enter, and remain in the country. Visa exemptions are based on bilateral or multilateral agreements.
Visa requirements for Turkmen citizens are administrative entry restrictions by the authorities of other states placed on citizens of Turkmenistan. As of 12 January 2025, Turkmen citizens had visa-free or visa on arrival access to 50 countries and territories, ranking the Turkmen passport 92nd in terms of travel freedom according to the Henley Passport Index.
Visitors to Uzbekistan must obtain a visa from one of the Uzbekistan diplomatic missions or online unless they come from one of the visa exempt countries.
Citizens of all countries require a visa to enter Turkmenistan unless they have special passports. To obtain a tourist visa for Turkmenistan, all foreign citizens must supply an invitation letter issued by a travel agency licensed in Turkmenistan.
Citizens of all countries require a travel visa to visit Afghanistan. The only exemptions are travelers born in Afghanistan, including those born to at least one Afghan citizen parent or whose parent was born in Afghanistan.
The Eurasian Economic Union (EEU) currently comprises 5 member states, which are party to the founding treaties of the EEU and thereby subject to the privileges and obligations of membership. The constituent states of the EEU are placed under binding laws and have equal representation within the EEU's executive and judicial bodies. They do however retain considerable autonomy, and must be unanimous for the EEU to adopt policies or new member states. Consensus is a founding principle of the EEU.
Oleg Vasilyevich Matytsin is a Russian professor and doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Corresponding Member of Russian Academy of Education and Honoured Doctor of Beijing Sport University, serving as Member of State Duma and Chairman of the Duma Committee on Physical Culture and Sport since September 2024. He served as Minister of Sport of Russia from 2020 to May 2024 and has served as President of the International University Sports Federation (FISU) from 2015 to 2021. He is also a member of the Presidential Council of the Russian Federation for the Development of Physical Culture and Sport, a member of the International Fair Play Committee, and Honorary President of the Russian Students Sport Union (RSSU). Before becoming President of FISU, Matytsin was Vice-President of the University Sports Federation (EUSA) from 2007 to 2015.
Mikhail Vladimirovich Mishustin is a Russian politician and economist serving as the current prime minister of Russia since 16 January 2020. He previously served as the director of the Federal Taxation Service from 2010 to 2020.

Turkmenistan is the only remaining sovereign country in the world that has not reported any cases of COVID-19. There were no confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Turkmenistan, with the totalitarian government being proactive in censoring relevant information. It is however suspected to have spread in the country unreported; specifics are difficult to ascertain and confirm in absence of independent media.

Nikolay Grigoryevich Shulginov is a Russian politician and energy executive, serving as Member of State Duma and Chairman of the Duma Committee on Energy since September 2024. He served as Minister of Energy from 2020 to 2024. He was the chairman of the board of management and a General Director of PJSC RusHydro from 15 September 2015 to 10 November 2020.
Alexei Rostislavovich Kim is a Russian Ground Forces colonel general. Since January 2023 he has been Deputy Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation. Before that he was the Chief of the Main Staff and First Deputy Commander-in-Chief of the Russian Ground Forces from 2022 to 2023.
