The Interstate Aviation Committee is an executive body of the Civil Aviation and Airspace Use Council of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) and was formed in 1991 according to the Civil Aviation and Airspace Use Multilateral Agreement, signed on 25 December 1991.
Belarus and Israel established diplomatic relations in 1992. In 1947, Belarus voted in favor for the United Nations Partition Plan for Palestine. Belarus operates an embassy in Tel Aviv, while Israel operates an embassy in Minsk. Around 130,000 Belarusian citizens immigrated to Israel during the 1990s under the Law of Return.
The visa policy of Russia deals with the requirements which a foreign national wishing to enter the Russian Federation must meet to obtain a visa, which is a permit to travel to, enter, and remain in the country. Visa exemptions are based on bilateral or multilateral agreements.
Visitors to Uzbekistan must obtain a visa from one of the Uzbekistan diplomatic missions or online unless they come from one of the visa exempt countries.

Oleg Vasilyevich Matytsin is a Russian professor and doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Corresponding Member of Russian Academy of Education and Honoured Doctor of Beijing Sport University, serving as Member of State Duma and Chairman of the Duma Committee on Physical Culture and Sport since September 2024. He served as Minister of Sport of Russia from 2020 to May 2024 and has served as President of the International University Sports Federation (FISU) from 2015 to 2021. He is also a member of the Presidential Council of the Russian Federation for the Development of Physical Culture and Sport, a member of the International Fair Play Committee, and Honorary President of the Russian Students Sport Union (RSSU). Before becoming President of FISU, Matytsin was Vice-President of the University Sports Federation (EUSA) from 2007 to 2015.

Special Coordinating Council for Security Enhancement, or just the Special Coordinating Council, is a body of the Russian government, announced by Russian President Vladimir Putin on 19 October 2022 at a meeting of the Security Council immediately after the declaration of martial law in the annexed territories of Ukraine, which Russia considers its regions. The Special Coordinating Council will be headed by Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin.
