The Santiago Metro is a rapid transit system serving the city of Santiago, the capital of Chile. It currently consists of seven lines, 143 stations, and 149 kilometres (92.6 mi) of revenue route. The system is managed by the state-owned Metro S.A. and is the first and only rapid transit system in the country.

Escuela Militar is an underground metro station on the Line 1 of the Santiago Metro, in Santiago, Chile. It is located beneath the cloverleaf-like interchange of Apoquindo Avenue and Américo Vespucio Avenue. The station was opened on 22 August 1980 as part of the extension of the line from Salvador to Escuela Militar. It remained the eastern terminus of the Line 1 until 7 January 2010, when the line was extended to Los Dominicos, and is named for the nearby Escuela Militar del Libertador Bernardo O'Higgins.
Macul is a metro station on the Line 4 of the Santiago Metro, in Santiago, Chile. The station occupies the central viaduct of three adjacent overpasses. The other elevated bridges carry three one-way lanes each of Vespucio Sur. It is located on the site of a former roundabout, where Américo Vespucio Avenue, La Florida Avenue, Macul Avenue and Departamental Avenue used meet. The latter ones currently pass under the aforementioned viaducts, as does a canal called Zanjón de la Aguada. The station was opened on 2 March 2006 as part of the connection between Grecia and Vicente Valdés.
Ñuble is a transfer station between the Line 5 and Line 6 of the Santiago Metro. The station has street-level platforms with an underground ticket hall, which is accessed from the south sidewalk of the underpass under the station, which carries Carlos Dittborn Avenue. That street originates half-block west of the station as the continuation of Ñuble Street, which gives its name to the station. The Line 5 station was opened on 5 April 1997 as part of the inaugural section of the line, from Baquedano to Bellavista de La Florida. The Line 6 station was opened on 2 November 2017 as part of the inaugural section of the line, between Cerrillos and Los Leones.
Manquehue is an underground metro station on the Line 1 of the Santiago Metro, in Santiago, Chile. It is part of the 3.8 kilometres (2.4 mi) eastern extension of the Line 1. The station was opened on 7 January 2010 as part of the extension of the line from Escuela Militar to Los Dominicos,
Hernando de Magallanes is an underground metro station on the Line 1 of the Santiago Metro, in Santiago, Chile. The station entrance kiosk is on Monsignor Manuel Larraín Square, which was altered due to the construction of the station.
Bellavista de La Florida is an underground metro station on the Line 5 of the Santiago Metro, in Santiago, Chile. The station was opened on 5 April 1997 as the southern terminus of the original extension of the line from Baquedano. It served as the southern terminus of the Line 5 until Vicente Valdés metro station was opened on November 30, 2005. Despite their proximity, there is no direct connection between Bellavista and Vicuña Mackenna metro station.
República is an underground metro station on the Line 1 of the Santiago Metro, in Santiago, Chile. This station is named for República Avenue. The station was opened on 15 September 1975 as part of the inaugural section of the line between San Pablo and La Moneda.
Franklin is a transfer station between the Line 2 and Line 6 of the Santiago Metro. Their namesake is the Franklin Neighborhood. The Line 2 station was opened on 31 March 1978 as the southern terminus of the inaugural section of the line, from Los Héroes. On 21 December 1978, the line was extended to Lo Ovalle. The Line 6 station was opened on 2 November 2017 as part of the inaugural section of the line, between Cerrillos and Los Leones.
Irarrázaval is a transfer station between the Line 3 and Line 5 of the Santiago Metro. The station is so named due to its location beneath Avenida Irarrázaval, a main road of the commune of Ñuñoa, which in turn was named after the Chilean lawyer and politician Manuel José Yrarrázaval Larraín. The Line 5 station was opened on 5 April 1997 as part of the inaugural section of the line, from Baquedano to Bellavista de La Florida. The Line 3 station was opened on 22 January 2019 as part of the inaugural section of the line, from Los Libertadores to Fernando Castillo Velasco. Construction of the 6.5 km tunnel between Irarrázaval and Fernando Castillo Velasco was completed in 2017 on a budget of 145 million euro.
Santiago Metro Line 1 is the oldest of the seven existing rapid transit lines that make up the Santiago Metro system. Being its busiest, it has a total of 27 stations along its 19.3 km (12.0 mi) length, constructed almost entirely underground, and is located primarily along the axis formed by the Avenida Libertador General Bernardo O'Higgins, Providencia Avenue and Apoquindo Avenue.

The line intersects with Line 1 at Tobalaba, with Line 3 at Plaza Egaña at northeast, and with Line 4A at Vicuña Mackenna and with Line 5 at Vicente Valdés in southeast. It will also intersect with the futures Line 8 at Macul and Line 9 at Plaza de Puente Alto. Its distinctive colour on the network line map is blue.

It is underground, being the terminal station of Line 6, preceded by the Lo Valledor station. It is located at the intersection of Pedro Aguirre Cerda-Camino a Melipilla avenues with Departamental-Buzeta. The station was opened on 2 November 2017 as part of the inaugural section of the line, between Cerrillos and Los Leones.
Bío Bío is an underground metro station on the Line 6 of the Santiago Metro, in Santiago, Chile. This station is named for the station is located steps from the La Aguada Flood Park and the mentioned commercial district, one of the oldest in the city. The station was opened on 2 November 2017 as part of the inaugural section of the line, between Cerrillos and Los Leones.
Chile España is an underground metro station of Line 3 of the Santiago Metro network, in Santiago, Chile. It is an underground, between the Ñuñoa and Villa Frei stations on Line 3. It is located at the intersection of Irarrázaval Avenue with Chile España Avenue. The station was opened on 22 January 2019 as part of the inaugural section of the line, from Los Libertadores to Fernando Castillo Velasco.
Santiago Metro Line 8 is a planned rapid transit line that will form part of the Santiago Metro. It is planned to have an approximate length of 20 kilometres (12 mi), connecting the communes of Providencia on the northeast and Puente Alto on the southeast of the Chilean capital.
Santiago Metro Line 9 will be a new line that will be part of the Santiago Metro and will have an approximate length of 17 kilometers (11 mi), connecting the communes of Santiago in the center and Puente Alto in the south of the Chilean capital.
